Maybe you could keep a "port-a-potty"(small litter box) handy so whenever Little Tabby starts to pee or poop in a wrong place you can quickly put him in right place. Some children just take a little longer to potty train than others!
Maybe you could syringe feed Bolt some room temperature chicken soup, just a little at a time, to help him stay strong and get well soon?
A CATIO (enclosed patio for cats) would be great for Mama to be able to come out of her room without being able to run away.

Thank you for taking such good care of Mom, Rose, Bolt & their adopted brother, they are all gorgeous kitties! Bolt does look a bit under the weather. Kittens usually are taught to use the litter box by their Mom's. He's ll learn by watching Bolt, Rose & Mom. Honestly, I really do not think Mom should go outside at all, unless she is on a harness & leash. She is meant to be an indoor cat, as are the kittens!
