We’ve very much enjoyed the deep-thinking out-of-the-box speculations of Ancient Aliens.
Much of it MIGHT have credence; as better, more expanded science is found, we’ll learn more & better.
But, the show’s script must be more scrupulous, & adhere to what is so far known too, or risk undermining their best efforts!
FOR INSTANCE:
…. failing to include that the antikythera device HAS been reconstructed in about 2005, & found to be a kind of mechanical gadget to predict eclipses & calculated the variable motion of the Moon. It contains about 30 gears.

There HAVE been differences! Maybe one of the biggest, are the elongated skulls that have very different skull plates/sutures.
If you examine human elongated skulls, it’s fairly easy to see those are mechanically done using flat pieces & bindings, because the skull plates & sutures are still visible, but, fail to be elongated in anything like a nice form—the sutures & plates do not easily allow even, nice shaping, & the human brain is not the size needed to fill an elongated skull.
But, the skulls with different plates & sutures, clearly needed to grow elongated to fit the size of the brain, &, there are no uneven dents or unevenness to the shape.
THAT has been the most minimised bit if info, rarely shown—academia has promoted the “cargo-culture” idea, that ancient people chose to deform babies heads to resemble powerful leaders of some kind (maybe aliens?).
I’m surprised Ancient Aliens did not show this!
