My Bengal cat really doesn't like being picked up. And when I pet her, I have to use one hand, not two. She sleeps at night between my legs, on top of the blanket. She comes to me for petting if I sit cross-legged, but it's impossible to pick her up or try to pick her up. She has a wild side. She's not very cuddly either. Sometimes, it makes me sad.

A neighbours bengal comes over every day to attack my cat IN MY CATTIO he cant get in attacks through the wire, has torn holes in the wire and the wood trellis. Did over 1000$ vet injury to my other neighbours cat.

Once you have a bond with any animal, they will do anything you ask them. I can ask my cat anything and shell do it, no snack needed or clicker. To me Shes not a pet shes my bbf im with her 24/7/365 and thats why. We share everything too and thats another reason shel liisten to anything i ask.

Exxon, as I named him, has a friend female named Sweetie, a pit bull. He cleans her paws and coat as if it was his own, they get along famously. He is his own cat, so to speak, I put his own door so he can come and go as he pleases. For all intents and purpose, he acts more like the dogs. He actively communicate with us when he wants something and will wait to drink fresh water, not old water the dogs have been drinking, also he is house trained, like the dogs. I feed him Meow Mix and the cat on the bag is identical in appearance, looks like a twin. Pets are people too and should be treated as such. Exxon is a close family member. By the way, he does not like to be petted or carried, but is a very good "home body" with no bad habits, but does play a little rough, but not so much as he is getting older.

My Bengal is a little "special needs". She won't let me pick her up, she sometimes pees on the couch (she has 2 litter boxes – in different rooms – which I scoop several times a day), she will sometimes attack my legs as I walk (I have had her since 2019 when she was 3). I try to play with her, but maybe not enough. I think her previous owner (who gave her away free) mistreated her. When I got her she hid for 3 weeks. When I tried to pet her she would cringe and duck. I am working on clicker training.
