If anyone is wondering the same as me: you have to jump towards a pillar, it’s quite the jump so run and jump but that’s how you get across the wind. Idk the names of the site of grace so if you’re actually struggling I will load up the game and find it for you good luck

You missed half of that dungeon there's a roof you can climb onto another dragon then a dragon priest cookbook path takes you back to the tempest facing balcony you can see both dragons from that balcony
My dragon just flew away instead of fighting… 😢
