i believe you can also get the chest from the jewelry shop in gerudo town if you have 3 diamonds in your inventory

I fucking bought it I just fucking realized I wasted 1,500 rupees and 3 diamonds
When I saw the room it was in, I was so sure that the chest would trigger the awakening of some Guardians. I was also wearing the upgraded Champion's Tunic, and the health bars over some of them were a dead giveaway. Ended up clearing the entire room one by one. Finally opened the chest and got the Circlet, but apparently I had missed one. I took care of that problem before leaving 🙂
