If you messed up and don’t have it when the mission is over follow these simple steps:
1. Once you are done talking to Sebastian and ominis in the undercroft leave and walk completely out.
2. Walk back in and go up to Sebastian and talk with him.
3. He will teach you crucio
There ya go!

If y’all are looking how to get it after yall fucked up my only solution is to just go to setting and load back but this only works after so long
I didn’t get it either after completing the mission.
At the end i wasn't paying attention and turned down the spell by taking the top option,now i dont have it.
For those who are wondering why you didnt get the owl letter from Seb after finishing the 2 main quest, you have to do the broomstick quest from Ablie Weekes with Imelda Reyes for broom updrade, finish at least 2 quest with Imelda Reyes then you will get the letter after finishing the 2nd challenge for broomstick.
For me the mission still is not popping up…. Already LVL 30 did all the missions what get explained everywhere…
Is there another way to get crucio?
