Thank you bro I’ve watched probably 20 of these comparison videos and this is by far the best one! Getting the Ally X 😂
Steam deck oled is best LOVE IT ❤
Just install Bazzite
Idk why but when it comes to steam decks and AMD CPU's everyone and their momma has to glaze both over the competition. Its nice to hear someone not complain about windows. Ill never understand the beef ppl have with windows. Ive never in my life had a problem with it lol…
The steam deck looks brighter…. is it?
Bazzite or bust.
I mean steamos is most likely going to release for ally x soon so get the ally x and switch to that later if windows isnt for you.
This is the best video ive seen
Best info ive seen in days. I subbed. Ill be getting an ally x soon or waitinb for steam deck 2. Id really prefer an ally x with oled screen though
and im just gonna follow this guy 👆😎🤙 great video
I already have a great gaming pc so i went with the 512 oled steam deck mostly to play my older games in my steam library on the go. it was also half the cost of a rog ally x.
windows rant too real
Oh my GODDDDDDDD😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Been torn these past few days on what route I want to take with PC handhelds. Your video was very helpful. I am def leaning more towards Ally X for the better performance. I have already acclimated myself to windows 11 so tinkering with it will not be a problem.
Best video 😂
It is not the same experience. There are indeed Pro's and Cons for both. Like anything running windows is way easier to mod. And even though Steam Os and Big Picture mode are the same by default, you can't install decky loader to big picture mode and mod that experience out. Which severely does enhance it.
I love this dude HAHAHAHAHA
Easier modding in games, windows FTW
You mentioned the testing that ytubers have done to analyze the fps at different wattages. But you make it seem like their ONLY setting it at 15 wattage and nothing above when in reality they're showing you it at 15, then 30 watts. If you're wondering why you answered your own question "Literally the higher the number the more performance it can have" So wouldn't you want things to be on a level playing field for the first test?? Then show the difference with the higher wattage. Unless there's some "sketchy" reviews you've watched all the one's I've seen shows the alley at 15 AND 30 wattage.
In all fairness if you don't like the steamdeck there's nothing wrong with that. No one is genuinely arguing that it can compete with more expensive devices in terms of raw performance. The problem is ehen you're actively go out of your way tell someone not to buy something with their own money. That's something no one should do and this goes for all parties involved. Let people make their own experience and decide what device is hest for their needs.
"You'll constantly find yourself wanting more, but you pay less so you won't" bro…. You do realize that your own experience right? I've had my steamdeck for 5 months now and can't even relate to what you mean; or even understand it.
"Steam big picture mode is Steam os" literally just scrolls through the games and doesn't actually show the kep features of steam os 💀
"I don't want to just be restricted to certain ganes" on fair point, but you're acting like the steamdeck only has like 80 games you can play on it ehen that's far from the case.
You mentioned the money factor, but the MAIN factor is what type of gamer are you. Do people not realize there are a multitude of game genres out there that each has their own performance factor. I doubt someone who primarily plays story based games i.e (Telltale serious, novel based games, and narrative exploring games) is really gonna care about frame rate performance. Considering that's something that never really matter to those games
Ur funny 😁
jeez I came here for a comparison review and got a good laugh instead 😂
Tbf windows sucks in general. I don’t have high expectations on a handheld, and I plan on dual booting bazzite because of that. Problem solved.
