I got the heart piece in less than mabye 3 minuttes… I found a fish that looked big enough, and on the fifth try, it bites. Then I reeled it in, and it was 10 pounds. I go to the fisher dude, and get the heart piece… And I'm sitting here just like "Whaaa?"
It appears that each time someone is playing new game in Ocarina of Time. there is a different size of a fish instead that every heaviest fish should be 10(child) and 20(adult.). So now get a random size fish.
