Even cold water can feel very hot for cats so maybe that's why she didn't like and next time try colder water
Try putting Bella in their and don’t turn on the water but touch the sink to her fur (when it’s off) and then like pretend to scrub in the soap (don’t actually do it) then pretend to rinse her off and see how she reacts if she is fine maybe try again in a few days and actually use the soap and water.
