I was born in Roswell NM my grandfather was a volunteer fireman he was sent out to Mac Brazels ranch before the military. He told his sons about it. My family knows the truth.
This is gonna sound wrong but When I was about 4 years old to probably 9 I never believed what my grandpa told me about what he saw when he was in the military he was Dishonorably discharged for actually visiting the site of the "roswell inncedent" and he searched with the property owners for days before he found anything but he described what he found in the dirt as a small panel that looked like stainless steel but this is 1948 and there's not stainless steel at the time he believed it looked like if you soaked basic steel or mabeye even just raw iron in some kind of stain because he said it seems like it was not painted it was just inherently a slightly shiny dark Grey/silver and when he picked it up it seemd ridiculously light like it was the size of a large dinner plate but as light as a zippo lighter and he could bend it completely in half but when he did it would 100% turn back into a flat semi round panel that you couldn't rip it, cut it break it or make it change shape but when it got really cold it was like glass completely transparent and about 8 months after he found that object someone he had shown had reported him and he was asked who he told and was threatened into secrecy and they discharged him for "social misconduct" and he ended up telling every one he knew until about 2018 when he died from congestive heart failure when he had no previous heart issues and we all just brushed it off and thaught the mf was crazy
