Best tip for catching a ditto: go to the area outside Porto Marina during the day. set up a picnic, and make a sandwich with Rice, Japaleno, Tomato, Curry Powder, and, Mayonnaise, leave the picnic, and after a few minutes, you'll encounter so many Ditto's, I discovered this on accident.
