What pokemon do you think will be best to take down 7 Star Tyranitar?
Try mu cacturne grass /dark with sand veil
Too bad most of those who play this game suck
Which is the best ?
Falinks doesnt work
All them builds you when just die in 2 hits
Crawdaunt is the go-to for this. The raid starts with Focus Energy.
Does it matter if the pokemon is defeated? I'm using crawdaunt i use iron defense and then dance sword and it gets defeated at the second round. There is not time enough to use dance sword 3 times… When i use it at the second time, the raid is over 😢
hear me out; max attack and defense, choice band Urshifu dark
Just tried–it has the sandstorm ability, and dragon dance instead of focus energy…landed crits multiple times anyway
Maybe a Bloodmoon Ursaluna build…. may try it
How about annihilape?
Support Sableye – Reflect / WoW / Foul Play / Disable
if he survives the first hits, our little gollum will be the king of the raid
Really like the presentation style !
With all the starters gone, time to rack up the Pseudolegendaries with the MM
I love this video because you explained the theory behind your picks at the beginning. As someone who is always still learning this is really helpful and way preferable to the ‘monkey see monkey do’ where it just gives a build to copy. Educational! Thanks Lee!
I think that Krookodile might be the best option given how it resists Dark Rock and ghost, I think it should be max HP and max Def with the last into attack because with anger point we're going to be at max attack anyway, Adamant nature with a shell bell
Have you tried a Spiritomb build???
I'm tempted to try out Stamina Mudsdale.
Sableye, could perhaps be an interesting choice as it's immune to fighting and everything else is neutral at best.
Anger Point Krookodile Dark Tera, Shell Bell, 252 ATK. 252 DEF. Breaking Swipe, bulk up, leer and power trip.
Here’s a list of pokemon I think could work:
Kingambit (type matchup and high defense)
Hoopa unbounded(guard split)
Foul play krookodile
Clear smog brute bonnet
Krookadile with intimidate, scorching sands, bulk up, and foul play (in case tyranatar uses attack boosting moves)
Also maybe unbound hoopa with gaurd split and dark pulse?
I assume Tyranatar will have stone edge, earthquake, Tera blast, curse, iron defense, body press, avalanche, shadow claw, and crunch as attacking moves…
Krookadile with intimidate, scorching sands, bulk up, and foul play (in case tyranatar uses attack boosting moves)
Also maybe unbound hoopa with gaurd split and lash out/throat chop, and dark pulse?

Love this pokemon
It learns sandstorm, like other raids they have a tendency of knowing their weather setup. In my eyes, it's guaranteed to have Dragon Dance and Sandstorm as opening moves.
i guess fairy / dark, like grimmsnarl, and it's bulky enough
Krookodile is easily the best option from this roster. I find it very hard to believe that a Krookodile could fail to defeat any Tyranitar!
Corvinight with Power Trip tech?
Bulk Up
Power Trip
Iron Defense
Ghost Tera Tyranitar will be a tough one I would have suggested Hisuian Zoroark but then realised Tyranitar has Dark moves
I really appreciate the more in-depth on how these Pokémon might counter the Tyranitary they've always helped me with the raids and coming up with my own ideas on which Pokémon to use ^^
Why not just Slaking over them it cancels their ghost moves
Gonna try Urshifu SS, Bulk Up Wicked Blow Taunt and Crunch or maybe Foul Play if Ttar can consistently boost itself.
For the Torterra build, this might be a silly question.
Will Tickle (normal move) work against the Ghost Tera typing?
There has been other teraghost tyranitar events, though they were 5 star raids. In those, Tar had ice punch and that can be problematic for Torterra. I'm not saying Tar's moveset will be exactly the same, but Game Freak do like recycle things.
Last respect increase it power if an ally get defeated? Because basculegion or houndstone could be strong
Urshifu-S might be a good bet
My bet is it will have heat crash and some fighting move as well.
I’m gonna try one of these two below.
Muk – Alola – Dark Tera – Adamant/Impish
Ability: Poison Touch
Item: Shell Bell
EVs: 252 Hp/Def – 252 Atk
Moves:
– Minimize
– Curse
– Crunch
– Clear Smog
Corviknight – Dark Tera – Adamant
Ability: Mirror Armor
Item: Shell Bell
EVs: 252 Hp/Def – 252 Atk
Moves:
– Iron Defence
– Hone Claws
– Roost
– Power Trip
So my first thoughts are Anger Point/Intimidate Krookodile, Crawdaunt, or Hydreigon pending the Body Press, Focus Blast, or Brick Break; it's unfortunatly Pokemon like Iron Jugulis and Mandibuzz aren't viable because of Rockslide or Stone Edge.
