Here’s my problem with the excuse.. it’s running on PC builds weaker than a Series S. If it’s running on weaker PC builds, then it can run on a Series S, and sorry but it’s just that simple.
Why couldn’t they just make it for the series X. To me this is like saying because the series s doesn’t have a dvd reader you should throw away your dvd’s that you have. If it can’t be played on the series s you have the series X. Just make it for that system. It could have been make for the series X and if people really wanted to play the game they could have bought a series X. However, you missed out on making any money because you didn’t bring it to xbox as a whole. Also not having marvel vs capcom come to the Xbox is crazy. It’s on the switch and ps4. This has to stop with xbox or you’re going to lose support.

I will say it’s strange that DF ran the game on a pc with the same power of the S to run the game.
I'm an Xbox/PC gamer, and I heard months ago that it was an optimization issue. I also heard it was Game Science that reached out to Microsoft through several emails for months and was ignored.
I like Xbox, but I'm not going to make excuses for their bullshit. They brought this on themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft ignored those emails because Game Science told them what they wanted couldn't be done.
Like a child throwing a tantrum, they put their fingers in their ears, turned their backs and pretended they didn't hear Game Science. I have Black Myth for the PC, and there is no way that a version of this game would even be fun to play on the Series-S.
The console is just not strong enough. This game is the new Crisis to certain PC rigs on the market today. This game had the PS5 and PC reaching for Asthma medication, so what made them think it would work on the Series-S.
Whats the use of having the so called" WORLDS MOST POWERFUL CONSOLE (3x echo) ", but can't prove it because you don't want it's little brother to look bad. They should have just made a disk and a disk-less version of the Series-X like Sony did, and this would've never been an issue.
Game Science is lying. I could have bought for Playstation. But I wanted it for Xbox, and also to see if it will get a physical copy. Sarah Bond interview and what was said and her face expression told me all. I watched many Playstation streams that I no longer want to purchase. The excitement factor of the game is gone and I moved on months ago.

There's a reason why it has 96% positive reviews on Steam. Even entry level PCs with a 4060 can run the game at over 100 fps using Frame Gen and better settings than the PS5, so I don't know what you are rambling about. The issue here is consoles with their shared RAM. The PS5 runs at 30 fps or less at all times, except for one scene, on Performance Mode. The reason why it gets to 60 fps is Frame Gen, but the base framerate is always 30 fps or less. Of course the Series S would have even more issues.
It's even more sad the Phil Spencer himself fed into that false narative.
