id like to mention something in regards to what you said at 8:30 actually! In the super Mario bros super show, there would be times that the show would take a quick intermission to showcase a little bit of a zelda cartoon, only to skip back to the Mario bros. So id like to say there be a BIG CHANCE of a reference or even an OMAGE to zelda SOMEHOW in this movie, or even in a sequal

To the owner of the channel, the fact that the game does not mention PAULINE is because the animation talks about the beginning of MARIO's adventures. I saw the 3 trailers and so far the second trailer for me was the best trailer. People's reaction so far on YouTube channels are very positive, including children who saw it with their parents, which proves that anyone who played SUPER MARIO WORL, MARIO KART, ETC has wonderful memories of when they played and I include myself in that list
Luigi gets kidnapped when the bros accidentally find a pipe system leading to the Mushroom Kingdom so Peach, Toad, and Mario all set out to multiple kingdoms in order to stop Bowser from stealing the power star or stars and save Luigi
