I found this 3 year old video and enjoyed it. Your cat is beautiful. I have several former students that are now traveling RNs. I have one that is a traveling Physical Therapists. They’re making great money while seeing the country. They’ve come along way from their high school days.
Your videos are always soothing, sane, and entertaining. I enjoy them.
Meow.
we are selling our house and going to travel in the RV for a year. We have 3 cats and I'm a little worried. lol
Thanks
Thank you for all these good points!
How do you manage cat hair? Do you let her outside?
Thanks for the share! I am getting ready to move into my RV and am a bit worried about my kitty cats. Great tips to think about!
Thank you for making this video !!!!
Do you have ac running all day? also, how do you get internet in your camper?
I have the breeze cat litter and the pellets are washable. Pee goes down onto a really good pad and with the poo, just scoop shake off excess pellets and flush or put in bag and throw out. It does not smell of pee or anything. Best litter box I have had in 30 yrs
Awesome channel, you provide great information and entertainment for the RV industry and for regular people too! Thank you for your service!
The Pet Cube is neat! Our cats would really like that! We are full tume RVers and travel with our 2 cats. Great tips!
I travel with 3 cats and a chihuahua this time I’m adding 3 kittens and a Labrador. I travel alone and learned that my fur babies prefer to travel in the 5th wheel instead of the car or truck cab. I lock them in the bedroom where there’s nothing to fall and they can move around on the bed or hallway. Only two cats back there at a time because they tend to fight without their own space. (At least at home so I’ve never tried to have them altogether in the trailer alone lol) I’ve only one tip for travelers with multiple animals. CHILD LOCKS ON THE WINDOWS ARE A MUST. I had an incident that to this day haunts me. Thank the Good Lord I was in the slow lane and it was nighttime & raining so I wasn’t traveling normal freeway speeds. I was just getting on and two of my cats decided to kill their sister. I keep a litter box in the front too) Bianca (bengal) went to use the litter box, molly (a 25lb old lady) pushed the window button down on passenger back door and Esmeralda (grumpy pastel calico) in perfect timing shot her leg out nailed Bianca and out the window she went. I was horrified and hysterical. Of coarse I pulled of immediately and had to walk back around this huge gully where there were trees and bushes and train tracks. I yelling her name crying walking down the freeway. I looked for an hour with no luck. I was praying the whole time and knew I’d live in the spot until I found her. When I got back to the car Bianca was glaring at me from under a car parked 10 feet away. I know it was God who guided her to me because she had to cross the gully to get to the car. Wet and pissed off it was hard to get her back into the car, she’s was telling me all her woes, in a very loud way. I never want to have an experience 'like that again and I would hate to have it happen to others.
How do you keep your rv cool inside when you’re gone?
What about outdoors time for your cat?
I need help…….
Here is my question.
We are moving from Florida to Nevada in a couple month, my hubby will be towing the fifth wheel WITH MY 2 CATS INSIDE while I be driving behind him with our 2 dogs in the car.
My cats will be lose in the camper so they don't get stressed out and be able to stretch, eat and use the box. I have let them inside while parked so they can get usd to it, they seem to like it .
Now, I have NEVER traveled with the cats in the camper. I'm worried that they might get stuck in the slides while they're retracted !?
You know, between the wall space …😣
Is it possible, has this ever happened to anyone !?
I don't want to confine them in a crate for 4 to 5 days .
Any input is appreciated 👍🏼
We just went on our first camping trip and brought our 2 cats. The cats did great, the humans however were very concerned about them escaping through the screens in the door and windows. One of our cats escaped through the bathroom window screen at home a couple of years ago by clawing a hole in it. Any ideas on how to get fresh air and ensuring the cats cannot year through the screens?
Gorgeous fur baby
It's my dream to travel with my cat her name is Pico
Great info – we are awaiting delivery of our new RV Trailer, and plan to travel extensively with our kitty. Thanks so much! PS: love your kitty – so beautiful!
Thank you for the great tips!!
Your cat looks exactly like one I had when I was a kid!!!
How do you keep the kitty from escaping when you open the door?
You should look for S & S and the R V cats.
New subscriber here! We too travel with our cat and we love the pet cube idea! Keep up the great content, Thanks from RV Living Yet!
My name is Kida lol
Thank you for all the great tips about traveling with a cat. We full-time RV with our Bengal cat. Subscribed!!
Some very good tips. Thank you very much.
Would be nice if you guys are in New Zealand! C/t
Thanks for the tips. We've been on the road full time with our three cats for over a year. We also wanted to put our litter box in the shower but we keep our water jugs in there so we just keep it out in the living room of our 5th wheel. At first our cats didn't enjoy traveling in carriers in the truck but we bought a crate and now they can travel together in the crate rather than separate carriers and that works really well for them and for us.
I love that cat :-). Nice video, well done!
Love this video guys! Tons of people don’t talk about it and taking care of pets is huge while in a tiny house, the litter box situation is a key to find a spot!
This a a great episode! Wish dogs would chase laser lights too. But love this wifi internet connection system. I'm betting this one will hit big 🙂 look forward to seeing you guys for carnival NOLA style.
Great tips. She’s a beautiful cat!
I haven’t taken our kitties in the motorhome yet, but two things worry me. How do you keep your cat from trying to make the quick exit when you open the door? With an Airstream I know this isn’t an issue, but could a cat get stuck in a slide when either closed or open. Thanks for sharing your great tips
