As a vet with over 15 years under my belt im abseloutly horrified by what i see here, the damage you did to the dogs skin could largely have been avoided with some degree of patient and care.
I will afford you the benefit of the doubt and assume you live in a poor area and are trying to help these animals out of the goodness of your heart and not money. But i can also assure you that good intentions alone wont save any animals, you need the proper knowlegde, skill and equipment also.
I don't know if you know this but way are you pulling out the tick body's and leaving the tick heads on there for a even the smallest amount of time they regurgitator poison back into the pup. The poor little darling couldn't have his tail between his legs any further, because she is so scared!!

I want to thank you for your effort to help this poor dog , who I'm certain he was uncomfortable with all those ticks, in the beginning you flip that dog around like he was a pancake. Remember dogs are a living breathing animal we should be kinder more gentle, This dog is at the mercy of humans to help. This puppy was infested with ticks no amount of tweezering is going to free him of these blood sucker in a timely manner. This puppy needs medication to free them of these bugs, a flea and tick bath anything to help this poor pup
