Find the odd one out
1. Start from (close to) birth.
2. Always feed them and make two types of food available for consumption at all times,
which subdues the foraging instinct. They know no hunger => peace.
3. When the two fight, adress them like you would children,

Note that not all huskies or cats have a peaceful heart.

cures when sick, pills for recurring seasonals like fleas, castration/sterilization, and more.
Also expect breakage of any or all things in the home, unless made 'safe'.

So we recently got a run away husky, we have done all the postingsand chip scans. Nobody has stepped up to claim her.
Long story short we Intend to keep her if an owner does not come forward.

Insufferable
I started w two cats and then we got a husky pup. They are fine together by my husky still (2 years later) doesn’t realize how strong he is. He will paw at them playfully but doesn’t realize him smacking his paw on them could hurt them. We now just got a kitten and have started the introducing again. He wants to play with it so bad and even seems to be afraid of the kitten at times when we take the kitten out of the crate. He paws at the crate and nips at it (nips but like not trying to hurt it). Any suggestions?

HI, I adopted a Siberian Husky is about 1 year old, I also have 4 cats and a Bull mastiff. I have been letting the 2 dogs smell each other for 3 days now on and off, a little apprehensive to introduce them as of today. If the Husky barks, my bull mastiff think he wants to attack, so he goes violently forward. My Mastiff is really a sweet heart and extremely smart, also love the cats. I owned many dogs, like Great Dane, pit bull lab mix, etc. All very good with the cats. Never had a husky and well here it is.
He is extremely possessive of his toys, food, etc. As I am not really aware yet of their actual behavior, I have the impression he becomes aggressive ( My impression only) , but if not very sweet and disobedient. I think he is getting better. The issue is not sure about his past, seems to have been abandoned mistreated. So we have been keeping him separated from all other animals in out home for now. I would love to introduce him to my mastiff, which I will do this Saturday, hoping all goes well. Them the cats, I am in a hurry as we are in Miami, and it is very warm outside so worry about his health. Seems to have a limp sometimes in one of his rear legs and want to get it as well checked out as soon as I can. Will have him completely checked at the Vet, get all his shots, and get him chipped. Any comments or recommendation would be extremely appreciated.
I think our Bengal mix enjoys getting the dog to chase him sometimes. A couple times, he kept running back and forth behind her and in front of her when she was busy with a dog ice cream. Our orange and white cat is more calm and cool. It is hard to get her to stop chasing them. She's almost 8 months.
For those worried about cats on counters, the best place to feed them is on a tall dresser or bookcase. I feed them a can only when the pup is outside.

my dog went after mt cat last night
I have 4 dogs my 3 older dogs r great with cats and kittens but the newest addition is my husky and she keeps going after the cat and kittens. Thank the Lord above she's not hurt them when she had them. My other dogs kept being aggressive towards her when she wuld do that but last time my oldest dogs ended up getting in a fight with each other so now the 1 will kind of block her and run infront of her etc. And the others just ignore her and stay away from each other. And thank you sooo much for ur tips! And yeah my husky pup isn't small I think she's about 6 to 7 months old. That's my issue with her she's most likely hasn't been raised with cats.
Great video! I am looking into getting a cat to keep my 4 year old husky company. Not ready for another dog yet. I am currently interested in a cat that is in a foster home with a dog and the cat apparently LOVES the dog in the foster home. My husky is very interested in cats when she sees them but I've never let her close enough to one to see what she would do. I'm more concerned with how my husky will react bc the cat is already familiar with a dog. The dog in the foster home is a golden retriever though, so not as energetic as a husky but the cat is apparently sweet and sassy which is what I think will be best with my dog. My husky has been slapped by a cat before though. Haha
