Provide daily operational support for the suite of software/technology systems and services.
Deploy software on servers.
Monitor the health and performance of the systems/services and respond to incidents/alerts as they arise and update stakeholders on issue resolution.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Develop and document day to day processes for team collaboration, learning and training purposes.
Apply configuration changes to applications and servers to support business initiatives.
Be innovative in automating the daily routine tasks.
Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of production systems.Qualifications:Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Providing technical and operational support, including 24/7 on-call support, in production environments;
Writing complex Unix commands and Shell Scripts for day-to-day troubleshooting and automation of potentially impacting issues;
Providing application support for servers, performing configuration changes and deploying servers in the application using tools including Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Docker, or ServiceNow;
Managing continuous delivery of software development and operation processes utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, and GIT;
Working with Oracle, SQL Server, Redis, MySQL or other equivalent databases; and
