I'm also a big fan of The Sonic Series and I like Sega and Nintendo they deserve better than the stupid hate they're getting I never said they were perfect I'm just fed up with the unhealthy hate they're getting which is really starting to get irritating and old.

I don’t see why people consider sonic games as bad games. I’ve played every last Sonic Game and I enjoyed them all INCLUDING Sonic 06.
Sonic Games should be moved to the west (NA or EU, though I pick NA because I biased) at this point. Sonic will always be a Japanese franchise, but not only Sonic does poorly over in the East, but Sega of Japan is just incompetent and holding the series back.

No hate here, but I have no hope for this game to be great. especially since the voice actors in my opinion sound awful and I personally hate Roger Craig Smith's voice for Sonic. and SEGA already look like they're running out of ideas for Sonic games. which is probably why Sonic Games haven't been made as much like Mario, Kirby or Pokemon. SEGA is pretty much screwed and they're losing their fans and they know it.
you should make a series of non-Sonic 3D platformers that feel like the Sonic, I already know about Spark the Electric Jester 2 and recently descovered an indie came called Crumble, which is basicly Sonic x Spider-Man, but I would love to have a video series to easily find more similar games, as I would rather support indies and other studios rather than replay the same games over and over or play unfinished fan games

They're best solution tbh, and I've been saying it for years… The company needs to do a collaboration with either Naughty Dog or Square Enix. Like I play Tomb Raider ( 2013-2018) and think… why not have this sort of gameplay and story quality with Sonic as well? They already having the Archie writer for the game why not spice it up by having a work collab with Enix? Thoughts anyone?
The main Japanese branch of Japanese companies should have the final say on any and everything. We don't need anymore Playstation situations where the Western branch is able to subvert and destroy the extremely important Japanese identity to the company.

Welp, this is exactly what I've been theorizing for a while.
In a company that was originally centered in Japan, still has its roots in Japan, and primarily caters to audiences in Japan, I think this is only a problem for the American faction of SEGA. 90% of the time, SEGA of Japan is the ones cranking out video games. I think the only major contribution that SEGA of America actually makes to the entire company worldwide is creating enough funds.to create games.
Until recently, the only power that SEGA of America held was with Sonic Team, as for the most part, that was always centered in America. Now that Sonic Team is pretty much dead at this point? Japan has full reign over the Sonic IP. And as far as I know? SEGA of Japan is known for creating some of the most high-quality games to date. I wouldn't worry about working conditions over there.
I can't wait for one of GameFreak's employees to come out with something like this, only for all of Pokémon's desperate bootlickers to keep defending the company regardless.
The fact that the Mania team has essentially left SEGA is so depressing to me. I had hoped that we would at least get a stream of great Classic games from time to time to hold us over and keep Sonic respectable, but the fact that that team is gone and Sonic is completely in the hands of the modern team leaves me…unsettled, to say the least.
It’s best that Sega takes their time with the game and not rush it. Also it is probably best that they ignore the winning Sonic fans, if they don’t like the game, they should just deal with it.
Well, with Sonic Colors and especially Lost World on his list of work, I’m excited to see what he comes up with, but at the same time, as a long time Sonic fan, I’m not exactly actively waiting or expecting for it to be amazing and to blow my mind or something.
Back then, I am fan of many AAA companies such as EA, Nintendo, Rockstar, Capcom, Sega, and etc. But most of these companies that I have ever mentioned have gone downhill since the Modern Gaming started. EA became one of the worst gaming company of all time because they make greedy moves, making games online only, launching unfinished games and more. Rockstar is now milking GTAV and GTA Online by releasing this game on different consoles and other platforms. Recently, they also made GTA+ which it is a monthly subscription. Don't forget that they also released the GTA: The Trilogy – The DEFECTIVE Edition. Nintendo has a lot of issues that they made them suck imo like doing scummy decisions, takedown emulators and ROMs, releasing an awful online service or NSO, and the list goes on. There are other companies are just like that…

Edit: I lost all of my trust in Rockstar, Nintendo and almost any AAA game company that I'm fan of back then. Sega needs to understand how to treat their employees just like us, and fans and others in the company. One day, if they resolved this problem, I will return all of the respect that I lost to them.

Honestly, I don't care if Sonic Frontiers is very bad, I just want a modern Sonic game. I've played games as bad as Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric and even how slow and boring it is, I still find a way to enjoy and appreciate it, that's how low my standards and taste are.
All the unleashed and generations people going on to work on botw, mario kart, and xenoblade is so comical.
