Do I need a amp to use these? Or are they okay with out?
will i need AN AMP to power these to 250 ohm
Great for audio production, recording, and mastering — as well as PC gaming. Paired with the Focusrite Scarlett Solo, this Beyerdynamic is amazing. I’ve lost interest in console gaming. I’m tired of headset companies making gaming headsets but never releasing updates. Now, I only game casually on consoles when playing story games, using my ASTRO via the controller. Since moving to PC gaming, though, these are amazing! (:
I was thinking of buying the DT 700 PRO X what do you think? I love playing open world and horror games.
I wish you would’ve included a set up walk through as well to back up how good they really are compared to the gaming headsets, which I totally agree, just wanting to see what setting or amp/Dacs people use to drive this better.
Horrible headphones, the treble is so boosted they will destroy your ears.
Just bought a pair for $110 "open box" on ebay. I'm not planning on buying an amp though and I bought the 80ohm model, incase my motherboard sound card struggles to run them, would something like a soundblaster play 3 be good? I have a pretty tight budget rn as I literally just broke my pair of headphones..
its cook but its not eorkin any more right on ps5 its turnin on and of the usb jack doesnt kinakt right idk why it was wotkin till now ….
The pro X's are better for gaming
I got the 250 Ohm version and they are fantastic for listening to music, gaming, and doing professional audio work which I do on the side. The price for these is a literal steal, especially if you can find them on sale.
So i bought them and compared them to Hyper X cloud 2 and Hyper X cloud 2 is much better for gaming you hear steps louder and clearer and with DT770 Pro you dont hear the steps that good like with Hyper X cloud 2.. Im kinda disappointed because i really belived DT770 Pro will be something.. they are good for music and games like Last of Us , RDR2 etc.. but for pubg ,cs2 , R6 im choosing cloud 2 all day.. Hope this helps to anyone..
You will need a Dac Amp for any of those Beyerdynamic headphones.
Please stop calling it a headset
how can i talk to someone without the mic installed on it tho ? help plss
please tell me if they are good without an amp I really want to get them but don’t want an amp just for gaming. Thank you
Szukałem właśnie jak się sprawdza w grach
kupie go dzięki za recenzje
I've been using these headphones for a couple of days and it still blows me away on the quality and I'm never looking back on gaming headsets
In order to use these headphones, do you need anymore equipment? Or can you plug it into an audio jack of the PC?
I would greatly appreciate your feedback. Do you get nice surround sound with this? I'm not sure why but the only "gaming headset" ive had that sounded right was the gen3 astro a50s with the dolby button on. (and yes i know they are overpriced, its frustrating). Everything ive tried since then sounds so stereo. I'm at the point where im giving up on gaming headsets because they just overcharge for the whole mic. But anyway there a 32, 80, 250 ohm versions, im trying to figure out how i can hook this up if i want to listen to it through my smart tv but also xbox. The astro gen3s have the optical cable which allows me to listen to both without changing anything (aside from the remote's input obviously)
got mine three years ago, when i got mine there was about a one month period where the "clamping power" did cause a little bit of discomfort. That being said I tend to put on some hefty sessions so the discomfort only started bothering me 3-4 hours after putting them on. Since getting them that is literally been the only negative, so i highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a pair.
Just bought it, a AMP is better to get everything out of the headphones right?
Can i use this headphones without audio interface? i have motherboard B550 GAMING X V2.
I just ordered my DT770 Pro … I feel "Wasting money" since I got Sony Inzone H9 and thought DT770 Pro won't be good for gaming (That's what some people say since its Less boomy so less immersive) …. BUT … what causes me to buy this is I wanted an EXCELLENT SOUNDING Headphone that has a CLEAN Bass instead of Boomy bass since my Inzone H9 is too boomy to my liking and the EQ didn't save to the headphone if I were to use it on my PS5 … bought the 80 Ohm one since I am absolutely fine with ""Low Volume""
AND thank god I found this video .. Thanks for Mentioning the single player games like GoW Ragnarok and Hogwarts Legacy .. now I don't feel bad purchasing it
