Instead of just standing and waiting for a shiny to show up, I would recommend continuously defeating the Charcadet that show up, making sure not to stray too far away from the windmill (if you see green grass you've gone too far to be able to properly view every spawn), while looking for the blue eyes. Not only do you get the 60+ boost, you're likely getting new ones to spawn faster this way. Got one while doing this that I'm going to evolve into Armarouge, and I plan on getting Ceruledge the same way.

I was gonna suggest auto battle since your pokes won't attack shinies in auto battle but i'm not sure if the fights will cause the other wild Charcadets to panic and run off cliff
If only they did something with the shiny armour colours, instead of focusing on the eyes.
You don't even need to touch the "base" colours. Just changed how the armour looked. A silver armour set for Armarogue and a Bronze for Ceruledge would have been amazing.
I understand why they just did the eyes though. They're definitely getting more evolution variants in future generations.

You pokemon wont battle shiny pokemon. Let them out and just let them wipe out the non shinies. If they come back and refuse to fight 1 then you got it

Great guide! The only way I could justify hunting this shiny is if it’s easy and possible to get 2 with 1 sandwich to not waste precious herba.

Your video is great, and I found one with a single sandwich. However, this is so hard to see, especially since their eyebrows don't appear unless you are right on top of them. I gave up trying to eye them and let Gallade beat them up until he singled out a shiny. I want another one, and I think I'd be better of breeding instead.
