Thanks for watching! See you in the Train Station on Thursday at 7:30PM! ~Ken
You waste too many words on releasing him to eat, I just say yo. The fewer words you use on any order the better as long as each is vocally different, signs are equally as effective.
My dogs attention span sucks 😂
Thankyou this was very helpful
I never saw the point of having a dog. They are waay too much work. After I got a cat I realize how easy they are to maintain.
So it’s great with these pretrained dogs…how do you teach her to wait to begin with? What happens when she jumps right up every time?
Great tactics using this on a 80 lb year old rescue, lucked out, he’s pretty smart. Was learning to wait within 10. Obviously this still needs work but i was amazed how fast he was learning to wait
What if the puppy is supper excited for food? Just repetition?
0:25 – All of them are looking at the camera 🤣
There’s a glitch or something at 0:42
Lol. Blast furnace 😂
Help !!! What does a normal people do when their dog reacts to the leash and moves thank you
These dogs are already trained
What treat are you using?
omg the shame of it all – im such a baaaaaad dog momma- my 3 dogs are like outlaws… omg….going to the corner to hide in shame.
I’m doing my best to train my Golden to be a good citizen. If all the videos and the in person class I took no one taught the reward them for waiting in the wait spot. Now that I see it it seems a no brainer. Thanks!
my dog cant do any of this, wont even sit still look at you or stop jumping around all day
Watching these videos for months and then having a dog makes you question if this aren’t just stunts…
I don't quite understand the difference between wait n stay, l use stay to wait for their food, sitting at the curb when out for a walk n any time l want them to wait, am l doing the right thing???
i have 12 dogs, how do i do that
We go to puppy at 4 months old she was kind of bestowed upon us she is an Australian Shepherd Border Collie and she was never really owned by anybody but she doesn't listen to our words as much as hand signals she is forever watching our hands we've had her hearing checked and she can hear just fine but she's all about hand signals and treats she doesn't like being touched and she doesn't listen well what do we do with that
I found “wait” on my own since I am training my SD to wait before she gets out of the car. She also does well with “no” when she wants to come to where I am now but she is going to be getting out of the car where she is (she is abt cat size) until I pick her up to put her on the ground (her basket or travel purse) so she is safe. I can add wait so she stays where she is until I come to get her so she is safe and obedient. She is well enough trained to were she is doing her job and is invisible. I did have a strange incident with her recently. She was walking beside me and all of a sudden she put the breaks on. So i told her we needed to start over again, scooped her up and went back out. I decided I should make sure she didn’t have to go potty. She did need to but doesn’t like to do her thing away from home willingly so she finally alerted to going potty and then we went back to what we were going to do without her suddenly putting on the breaks. Happy little SD again! She is very well behaved and does very well. She is a bit strange, doesn’t like to play, be petted or picked up but she is very good for her job as a SD, so that is just fine with me. She is a matter fact little dog. Love it!
Really good set of videos you have out, but at that last dog, I can’t get over how at the end it’s all up by your treat pocket like a crack head at the trap house door 🤣
That food bowl would have been demolished
I’ve got to say this is the best training video I’ve ever seen you explain everything so well!
I tried this with the dog we just got from the shelter….he jumped on top of me, grabbed the boil and finished all the treats in 2 seconds….
could you try it with a dog that's untrained lol
