Edit: from my last comment, I managed to find hot peppers in this region Had no idea they were there but wasn't enough. This level is exhausting. I have no idea why they have the suit that's supposed to keep you warm for $1,500. This is the first Zelda game I see you have to find good items like amber stones and such just to sale to make cashm It's weird but I wonder if buying the pants would work. I think I should be able to stock up on a few items to sale? I wonder if that'd would or if I would still need peppery food to keep me warm
I'm not sure where you found hot peppers in this region but I had to go all the way back up the sky part of the game just to get peppers. I tried setting my time sitting at a cooking pot to sit for a few days because items are supposed to respawn but they never did.

On the second lock, you're supposed to use all the pieces you see laying around and attach them to that contraption to make a fan. Use Tulin's ability to activate it and unlock the door.

On lock 2 I just used tulins wind through the bars near the entrance 😂

For lock 1, you can shoot the icicle above it and it should work

Omg I am so dumb. I found the fan in the top part where you use Ultrahand to open the doors and had no idea how to work it 😢 I realised you had to use an icicle on the broken lever but it broke off multiple times when I tried.

Colgera has two other ways to kill him, if you go below the boss, you will be able to shoot the ice with a fire fruit then a normal arrow. You can also wait until he turns upside down, then fall on the ice (which in my opinion is way more fun)
Thank you. I was stuck because I didn't try Ultra hand on the tower's roof. To me it just didn't look like something you could interact with. But at least I opened the other four locks without your help. ☺️
Fyi the crank you attached the piece of wall to and used ultra hand to crank, if you rotate it vertical (instead of horizontal) you can simply use a gust of wind to permanently open it.
I have been in this dungeon for 2 hours and basically went everywhere not understanding what I was doing wrong. I accidentally found this place and just wanted to do it not knowing I needed to go get a dumb bird to help me

There’s a chest at the end, if you shoot down some ice and send it through the bars you can attach the chest and pull it closer, then pull it through the gap..
