It looks great. That's pretty much it. First few hours, mostly one-way tunnels, followed by long cutscenes. Some sneaking, few bad guys, followed by more, rather long cutscenes. Moved, locked to another small area. Only way out, do a task, watch long cutscene, chop couple bad guys. move into another small area, repeat.
After few hours, forgot why I even played the game. Like cattle hurdled from one pen into another. Sat on this one for 5 hours. Enough "tutorials".
It's like buying a car, forced to sit in back seat, watch someone else drive it… for better part of day. Game's a real killjoy. Uninstalled.
I wish I had the time to play this, but there are too many other games to play… Still playing Nightreign of course, and I have to finish Expedition 33. Then, Lies of P DLC.
I regret buying this, I cant even see if i already draw my sword or not.
This game is one of my top 5 games of all time. It feels like grand theft auto went medieval.

You're basically playing the most updated version of Fallout with a good storyline. Of course, not post apocalyptic, and so far I haven't been able to build a base. And haven't found any quick mods to weapons, but you can craft and there alchemy benchs where you can mix potions and stuff.
Anyone have more insight on the combat mechanics? It doesnt look too great based on these clips so far and he alludes to it being subpar or at least thats how i heard it.

This game looks interesting, I just hate constantly and endlessly grinding for gear and monotonous story line. Not a big fan of first person either. What say you?
I just started the first game and there are things that are troublesome like archery, and I’m not sure why Talk and Pickpocket are the same button: I feel like Arthur Morgan punching his horse. I hope some things are fixed like the LONG gaps between places with nothing in between, the archery aiming. (I wouldn’t be that bad IRL.) and combat isn’t that good in KCD1 but I’m hoping it’s just that I’m still at starter stats. I’ll give it a try.
I was in doubt about buying the game as i wasnt familiar with it, saw some short clips here and there, but your video convinced me to buy it, so i hope its as good as you guys said.

Never played the first and considered getting the second,. After watching the video I decided to try the first because you said it's better to understand the story. I don't regret it.
