Job description: Gpac is working with a growing manufacturer in the textile industry who has the most state-of-the-art production processes in the industry that is seeking a CMMS Administrator for their facility in the greater Fort Wayne area of Indiana.This is an office job and requires CMMS knowledge!!The ideal candidate will ensure the CMMS is operating efficiently, supports all maintenance operations, and provides actionable insights through data accuracy and reporting.Key Responsibilities”
- Administer and maintain the CMMS software, including user setup, permissions, and system configuration.
- Create, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work orders.
- Maintain an accurate asset database, including equipment records, parts inventory, and vendor information.
- Work closely with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for KPIs, compliance, and audit purposes.
- Conduct CMMS training sessions and support for users across departments.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and documentation of procedures and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing input and performing system checks.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMMS Administrator or in a similar maintenance systems role.
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., Fiix, eMaint, MPulse, Infor EAM, Maximo, SAP PM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, asset management, and inventory control.
- Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Strong communication and training skills.
