The reason this quest makes me so mad is because I spent hours doing the Royal recipe one before this, searching the castle, accidentally fighting Ganon just to find out I didn’t have to go to the castle at all for that one so when I got this one I ASSUMED I DIDN’T ACTUALLY NEED TO GO TO THE CASTLE SO I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO FIND THE WEAPONS ELSEWHERE GHGGJDILGHFDJKNM,NB

the dark weapons suit the ganon or dark link outfits more. Royal guard suit looks ugly and doesn't match weapons.

I went to the exact spot and the chest is not there. Ive completed every other ex quest. I have both dlc. Ive had both dlc since release. Update: its up on a wooden ledge. You have to use an arrow to get it down.
This is such bullshit. I spend 3 hrs before giving up and looking it up. I know I'm like 4 years late, but I never thought of climbing the tower because in my mind that's where Ganon is, and I was not interested in wrestling with him so early on. This teaches me to think outside the box the next time.
