Title: Perfect fit in my ’22 Model X door, helps organize the Tesla charging adapter – soft touch plastics.
Review: This item, while looks and feels like its made of plastic, has a notably soft touch texture, similar to the door interior trim on my model X ’22, so this matches very well. The fit is very secure and it holds the charging converter very nicely without any movement. Previously without this item, the charging converter would roll around in my car in the trunk or frunk, and I never had a set consistent place to put it. The price of this item is a bit high, should be no more than $15 I feel, but I do feel it is worth it for the quality of the materials and the excellent fit.

Title: Perfect for the charging adapter
Review: This charging -adapter dock is excellent. The Model X should come standard with this. I thought I was having trouble putting in place, but it fits just right so it won’t move after being installed. It is a great value and pretty easy to put into place. Before the charging adapter would be rolling around on the side or in the center console and now it has a home. While driving it doesn’t move or create any noise. Great add to the Tesla.

Title: A better place to store the adapter
Review: I’ve always hated having the J1772 adapter rattling around in the glove box.This puts it in a handier place, and keeps it quiet. The adapter fits very snugly in the dock. The colors go great with the car’s interior; not that you can really see it given its location.I’d give it 5 stars, but…I am still not sure I have it in exactly the right location. I was hoping it would kind of “snap in” or be loose until I got it to the right spot. But it seems to just be a case of…shove it in there, and it wedges itself in tighter wherever you happen to push it. There doesn’t seem to be an exact spot it has to fit.Once wedged in there, though, it does feel pretty solid.
