I’ve done some testing with the celestial birthstone and the fanged cyan staff isn’t doing any frost from the 4 focus attack maybe I’m just dumb and it only gives you the axe and shockwave but I’ve tested a bunch and the actual weapon hasn’t done any frost damage? If anyone knows what I’m doing wrong I would appreciate some insight because this is a dope weapon I can’t figure out.
