The XRP price has risen by 4% in the past 24 hours, moving to $2.43 on a day of significant gains for major tokens.

XRP is now up by 6% in a week and by 11% in the past fortnight, with the coin breaking out of a pennant that had been forming since the start of the year.

And with the alt also passing 6.6 million users in the past couple of weeks, it seems to have entered a new period of growth.

Such growth could accelerate in the event of XRP ETF approvals, something which would point towards a very bullish long-term XRP price prediction.

XRP has confirmed a clean breakout from a falling wedge pattern that had capped its price action for weeks, with today’s move signaling a clear shift in momentum.

The price has now surged above the wedge’s upper trendline and is eyeing the next resistance zone around $2.60 – a level that aligns with previous rejections and high-volume trading.

Momentum indicators are fully backing the rally.

XRP has confirmed a clean breakout from a falling wedge pattern that had capped its price action for weeks, with today’s move signaling a clear shift in momentum.

The price has now surged above the wedge’s upper trendline and is eyeing the next resistance zone around $2.60 – a level that aligns with previous rejections and high-volume trading.

XRP’s trading volume reinforces this picture, having risen from $2.5 billion yesterday to $4.5 billion today.

The past couple of days have also witnessed some major transfers involving X, including one worth around $477.4 million from Ripple to an unknown wallet.

Also signalling an increase in demand is the fact that the number of XRP holders has very recently topped 6.6 million, according to data from Santiment.

Such a chart points towards only one thing: a steadily rising XRP price over time.

Indeed, XRP’s longer-term picture looks very promising, especially with ten XRP ETFs awaiting potential approval from the SEC.

If these ETFs do receive the green light, then the boost to XRP could be massive, especially when demand from funds is already high as it is.

The XRP price could therefore be on course to hit $3 by the end of the summer, and $3.50 by Q4.
