I think msft intended devs to use Fidelity fx in order to get the most frames out of the console and a lot of devs are not using it. Not sure it's being used here

Man, devs dished out that GOOD dough to y’all YouTube influencers to change the tide of the negative reviews out.
For the record, most people who put out those negative reviews don’t steamroll the game and even understand it isn’t supposed to be a Arkham experience. However, when they kept hush about the 30fps cap across all platforms, buggy launch, and what gameplay and mission structure really just amounts to what looked like it was supposed to be some online repayable game where you do raids or missions with friends and shit.
I love all things Batman, so I’ll get it when it’s like $20, probably this holiday season or within the next year at the latest.
The game looks like a ton of fun, and visually it looks fantastic. Awesome lighting and coloring. The render looks absolutely brilliant..
And don’t tell me that the arkham games have better graphics, cause they don’t… They have a different art direction that is true. But that is something else. Technically, this looks way better. The leather and metal in this game is outstanding looking
I’m having a good time with this game I just wish I didn’t have to pay $69.99 for a game that’s supposedly be a next gen. and no haptic feedback on PS5 either that’s my complain besides that it’s a pretty good game
The bad reviews are really over done. This is a good game. It does have some issues such as being too grindy. It doesn't deserve all this hate at all.
