You seem to have used the costs of the cheapest available "small sat launchers" (like RocketLab's Electron) as your lower launch cost limit. That is not the true cost to launch a satellite… putting a small satellite as a rideshare passenger onto a bigger launch vehicle, can result in dramatically lower costs (depending on the size/weight of your satellite).
$/kg would have been a much more useful metric.
