Sure would be nice to get my 3rd enchantment slot back for sorc (which was taken after beta) malignant hearts ive been getting lately are lame ( +barrier generation ) im not feeling wowed one bit. Slowing things down and nerfing things NEVER improves anything. If devs dont get their butts in gear, It will be a dead game before season 2
A good base line at launch followed by needed buffs, not nerfs. Then people are excited when they get more powerful.

The malignant hearts have made my sorcerer OP which is crazy… people say sorcerer is weak yet I’m finding leveling so easy in seasons (currently level 55), finding it easier than before season 1.
These posts read like people read the update notes, watch other people’s reviews and then make up their own views instead of actually playing… I can see the issue when seeing the numbers but when I actually booted up the game, it seems fine to me; I’m actually really enjoying season 1.
So happy I didn't waste time and money on this game. I lost all hope with Blizzard years ago and wasn't going to get manipulated into thinking this game is the new hot thing.. It's far from it. I'll wait for Path of Exile 2 and have a life till then. Also Diablo4 looks the same as Diablo3, World of Warcraft.. big problems for me there.
Unpopular opinion, Nerfs didn’t ruin anything, People just don’t like to make their own builds and want to be hand fed everything, Sorcs are not squishy or trash people need to realise this is more of a D2 style game instead of what everyone is used to, Game is literally made as it is for a different generation.
All and all game is solid, new Druid aspect is hilarious and we need more content / story. Need rifts / grifts or something similar.
Blizzard pls add the little ? From D3 enchantress so we can see the possible rolls on the enchants pls & reduce material costs, gd it is rough for the everyday gamer.

With the amount of play time people has invested, and if Blizzard has the same rule set as Steam when it comes to refunds.. we are all screwed and stuck with this heap of trash.
Blizzard track record of screwing things up is spreading.. Diablo Immortal, Overwatch, Overwatch 1.5 (Overwatch 2) and not Diablo 4
I hope the developer is just jaded over the they way the industry treats developers and it's not 100% accurate. Blizzard has a long history of screwing stuff up and salvaging it at the last moment, but I am worried because I want to love like Diablo IV.

Look at Rurikhan… Blizzard gets you into season 1, and if you have the battle pass to cash in 1 miss click burns it. Menu it opens to is activate battle pass right away. 1 click done, thanks. They have successfully burned your money, and now you have to pay for future seasons!
So anyway, Diablo 3 is still fun to play.
When you find out what blizzard is actually saying in their behind closed doors meetings in the last few days, it would answer all your questions. Number one the shareholders are frustrated that the developers are frustrating the audience while keeping up with their demands. Number two, the focus is still on the demands of the shareholders! that the game be revolved around the store and the battle pass making at least 1 billion dollars, and quickly. It's the developers job to hide this fact and make it LOOK LIKE they are making it to be fun, If you look at the patch through The eyes of the shareholders that are expecting blizzard to make them money, you will see exactly what the patch is for.
The community should just boycott the game by not playing it until its fixed, and leave honest reviews everywhere to show how upset we are. After a few days of Noone playing it, the Devs will get the hint that their cash cow is going to be a dumpster fire if they don't listen to player feedback.

Stupid broken idea to reset every 3 months. People dont want to make a new character each time, there is literally no reason as to why we have to. They can easily make it that we can use our existing characters for each season. Blizz thinks this will be adding replay value but its already having the opposite effect. Reset for hardcore each 3 months so people can race the hardcore ladder? Sure. Forcing us to make a new toon for absolutely no reason every 3 months? Dumbest idea ever.

activision buying blizzard was one of the worst things to ever happen in the industry, i hold out hope microsoft buying them will fix things. Vulnerable needed to be fixed and the guy not being able to kill something because it kept healing sounds like a skill issue
Hearts now give armor and the paid season pass DOESNT GIVE ANY BONUSES, ONLY COSMETICS.
GRANTED if the only way to leave said pass to get the free bonuses is to make a seasonal character and kill eternal realm… That's not how to do it.
It's simple either remove the patch or go broke and have the game fail as it gets review bombed and spins out of control.
Never got the hype over seasons. So they ruin D4 trying to get season 1released before D4 was fully balance. Remove season 1 patch and nerfs and forget about creating bs seasons altogether and concentrate making D4 the best it can be. Maybe it is because I am casual and not min maxing, but I feel stronger after the patch. Level 70 sorc just getting affixes I like rather then meta ones. I am not happy that my main issues haven't been addressed but overall good balance changes I think. Could use a few more buffs to the under preforming builds but you guys where just doing higher content then you where meant to at your level.
I uninstalled and won’t be coming back unless they fix the exp curve, unnerf, boost other builds. It should take two months to get to 100, it should take three days at most.
Anyone still playing is ruining the game for everyone else right now. If your playing still you are the problem as much as blizzard.

Anyone ever played Dota 2? Every so often balance changes happen that shift the meta. It might affect your favorite hero to be weaker or some other to be stronger. It mixes up the game so that things aren't always the same meta. Learn, adapt, thrive. Hard copium? Well that's what meta shifts are about! Isn't this the point of seasons? Players now a days are too attached to things that are fluid. Some HotA player wants HotA to be meta and won't play anything else and becomes butthurt when it gets nerfed. Play something else if you feel HotA is weak. Who's trying to cope then?
I main barb and will main barb this season but with this patch I might try necro aswell. Next balance patch maybe sorc will be buffed in someway and it becomes meta so maybe I'll main barb then try sorc next. Hota still not viable? I'll look into another build. Dual swing is my go to and it's still worse than HotA but I still play DS,. this season I'll try a different barb build. Next season another one based on new balance patch.
I think the real problem is people are still attached to what they are doing in pre-season. Maybe a vast majority of people haven't finished their build yet and now season 1 starts with big changes and people go "wait what, I'm not done"
Now they slow down the game since they found out a month and half is more than enough for pros to breeze through the game. They hoping this season can keep them for 3 months. No boosting too. So casuals have to grind and play instead of paying (real or not) to boost to end game then quit season in a month.
give up on blizzard quit the game and save yourself some time and mental health
Should add more content for the borrowed power and not make the game worse so it feels normal after grinding
I’ve been playing Diablo 4 admittedly too much, I’m a top tier rogue. I’ve cleared Uber Lilith not just for myself but well over 225 players now. I’ve cleared T100 as well.
I probably have 516 hours in the game.
I have a second character I was power leveling at 69, and 3 billion gold..
I’m abandoning my character today. The game is trash now.
unless I see a change.. like a global shift is more like it.. in the way this game is being fixed I'm past done with it.. not much hope left is my thoughts and I won't play again unless I hear huge changes made and diablo is good again
We should be allowed to refund a game when they make this type of drastic change, because they’ve changed it into something other than what we paid for. Maybe doing this would cause devs to put more thought into these patches. It’s like buying a house and once you get moved in, they come in and remove your kitchen…

The A in ARPG for diablo 3-4 stands for Arcade because you constantly need to build an new character to join seasonal content every 3 months. You dont invest your time with your characters as much anymore.
