Title: Extremely happy with my new home printer!
Review: Extremely happy with purchase. I am retired and needed a home printer for various tasks. I read a ton of reviews and articles and I kept coming back to this printer. It was very easy to set up, connected to my wifi immediately, I downloaded the app and took some time to read the instructions. Print quality was great. It also came with ink! Overall very happy with the printer for small to medium tasks!

Title: BUYER BEWARE!
Review: I’ve had it a week and this HP printer still isn’t printing! I downloaded the software (huge zipped file) and followed the installation instructions to the letter. Neither the troubleshooter that came with the downloaded software or the virtual assistant could remedy the problem. Spent an inordinate amount of time searching for a phone number to get live HP support. After two hours of work, the tech and Ingot the printer to print. Shut it down only to find it offline the next day. Ran the trouble shooter again as well as the virtual assistant. Nada. HP doesn’t provide human tech support over the weekends so I’m SOL. Bottom line: I’m probably going to return this one. Lesson learned – DO NOT BUY HP PRINTERS ever again. Once great. Now just paperweights.

Title: Solid printer
Review: Just know that you’re required to purchase HP branded ink or it won’t work. We don’t use it much so it’s not much of an issue. It was super easy to set up and works well.

Title: So far so good.
Review: So far so good, however it took me two hours to get it setup and connected to the internet. Not sure why it was so hard as this is my 5th HP instant ink printer and I’ve never had a problem. I finally had to chat with HP to get it to connect. Once connected, it is working great with no problems staying connected. I’m a big fan of the instant ink plan so hopefully this printer will holdup. My most recent home one lasted 5+ years.

Title: If you do not want headache and frustration, avoid HP.
Review: It is my first HP. It’ll be my last HP. Total flimsy plastic garbage. First problem, I had to tape the power cord down to keep it connected. Powered it up and immediately received paper jam error lasting for 40 minutes, and no paper was even in the tray yet. After correcting that, installing ink and loading paper into the tray, the nightmare printing began. Printer spits outs 10 pieces of paper while printing one page. Printer also spits paper out underneath the entire printer itself. Also, after printing every page, an error comes onscreen claiming the printer tray is open. It was repackaged four hours after it was delivered.
