My kitten just sits weird and she’s trembling
I had to make the difficult decision to put one of my boys down- he was steadily losing weight, and his body became near bones- skin over his bones. His crying broke my heart. I held him, and stayed with him as he was put to sleep. I held his paw as he was sedated, whispering to him how much I loved him and that I was so sorry for not reacting sooner.
My cats are my world.
😢More & more Greedy Pet Vet had become nowaday. SO Greedy😢
Dr. Sarah, thank you for your time.
Has anyone's cat ever been diagnosed with a canine disease
I have a 15 yr old cat ,most of the points u mentioned i observe in her .She has now become weak , pricking her is painful . kidnet failure , hyperthyroidism cushion disease etc u mentioned r not curable .is there any treatment that canget them comfortable
well delivered,
My cat meows me twice and look at me with concern. He rarely meows at me and when he does that is to get outside to pee, but today the door was open. I thought that he was hungry so I guide him to his plate, he ate and then he came back at me and meows me for a second time so I'm not sure why he meows, and Im scared he might be sick. 😢
My cat is sick but he doesn't really act sick I mean he still eats and drinks water he does play but he has been sneezing alot he has gone to the bathroom, and usually he would jump on my bed but he,s been under the rocking chair in a corner. What do I do?
My Maine coone cats are doing a lot of deffnet things I'm not seen before. Not since I have had them since they eyes opened to mesowhat should doaboutptoblem. I have about andboy cst and 😊
My cat is up and mobile but just. She walks around very, very slowly. She's an indoor/outdoor cat. It's been this way for the last 3 to 4 days. She's eating but not much…has lost a little appetite. Haven't seen her drink water. I'm afraid she might have ingested some poison??? When it first started she came into my kitchen and just laid down on the floor and let out this loud low kind of howl…and a bit later went and hid under the bed all night. After that she's been quiet but is still taking each step pretty carefully. Can you help??
My cat has been 3 kg for 9 years
my cat has stomach problem not eat no drink
Hey Sara,
Hoping everything is well with you.
I am a large and small animal worker/trainer that has worked on many farms and ranches…
…my question is this.
If you trap an animal inside in a environment where they have to defalcate in a box full of some kind of matter (kitty litter?) how long before they get sick? If it's a cat, they root around in it and then lick their paws and wipe it all over themselves? Then wait on you to pet them and sleep with them?
If it's a chicken they poop and have to live with the contamination regardless of the problems that will ensue.
My question is this, how in the hell can you do those things and not expect disease?
I have 50 cats? They all have problems? They never leave the house because I am afraid for their safety and/or discomfort? Really? Seems like prisoners or slaves to me. Lay on the soft couch and shit inside where you eat? No thanks.
2 barn cats and 20 horses and then the cats are a integral part of the real ecosystem.
Never piss or crap inside of a box for any reason. There's the problem…
I (personally) love barn cats BTW. Hatin the "oooh my cat is sick" after rooting around in a bacteria ridden liter box and sleeping on the couch everyday.
Expecting that the hosts (home providers) are sick too huh.
Put those animals OUTSIDE and let em live the way they are designed to live instead of jailing them over the owner being afraid they may die. And then it will not cause disease for the animals or those that live with them. Safety's sake? Silly humans eh?
Is that not where new bacteria strains are coming from?
Would love to hear your thoughts on this problem…
Thanks,
HD
what about extra wet nose and sneezing?
I’m trying to figure out if my cat is in pain. She has hyperthyroidism now treated and fine. After her diagnosis, we also did blood test for kidney disease which was normal but also had a scan which showed one kidney smaller than the other. Repeated blood tests still normal. In the meantime I thought she was in pain and did urine test. Indeed she had cystitis which was treated. Some days she becomes picky and stops eating and I have to give her anti nauseous and stimulant meds. I asked the vet to stage her kidney disease and we just repeated blood tests, and also took pressure and did urine protein all normal. In between kidney scans the kidney keeps shrinking and she also has a little blood in urine. Third scan couldn’t be done as she was reacting and the vet said she saw the kidney for 2 seconds and she might noticed a cyst. I don’t want to do more tests, she’s old and very scared of the vet and I’m afraid I’ll keep torturing her without getting answers. She’s having solensia once per month in case she has arthritis and these days the vet gave her gapabedin. She’s sleepy and her face seems angry and the corners of the mouth are downwards. I’m very unsure if she’s in pain and what else can I do for her.
My cat is like squinting her eyes and like not doing much more than sleeping. Sitting in a crouch squinting. Does that make sense?
Please talk about high blood pressure. My fur baby recently was diagnosed with high blood pressure. We started her on medication. 5 days later she passed away. Symptoms were almost non-existent. She peed on my bathroom carpet a couple of times. Then had eye issues with eyesight. Pay attention.
Thanks for the video ❤
Thank you for that!
