Just think about how much time you could safe If only the interviewed guy reduced the amount of the "like" word to a minimum. Example: 13:30
The word "like" was stated 121 times during this video. That's roughly 1 "like" every 8.5 seconds.
Wrong: you can always respec all your point, you just need to remove all points out of a consecutive node if you do not have enough to access it. Its confusing to say but when you use it you will understand.

One thing about the level gating is probably your first play through will feel like that, however, you usually can trade items between characters. So giving your second, third, etc character better gear early on bc of trading might make it possible to hit those level gating regions earlier.
