Review: So about a week ago I made a 1 star review. It broke so easily HOWEVER I typically don’t make re reviews but the customer service was sooooo amazing! It was such a disappointment at first. The product I received in replacement is great. I will be adding water to see how that end holds up before I let my husband put his whisky in it. But I highly recommend this product. Not only because of how cute this is but also because of the custom service and the strides they took to make it right. Thank you! We aren’t fully out of the woods as I still need to test out the seams with liquid!
