Title: Exceptional Productivity Mouse for Engineering and CAD Users
Review: I purchased the Corsair Scimitar mouse primarily for my engineering workflow, which heavily involves AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. After extensive daily use, I can confidently say it’s one of the best productivity enhancements I’ve added to my workstation. The mouse is ergonomically designed and fits comfortably in my hand, reducing strain during long drafting and design sessions. The adjustable thumb keypad is extremely beneficial, allowing me to quickly execute macros and shortcuts specific to AutoCAD and Revit commands. Tasks that previously required multiple keyboard inputs now happen seamlessly with a single thumb click, significantly boosting my productivity. The clicks are precise and have a satisfying tactile feedback—crisp without feeling harsh or fatiguing. The responsiveness makes precise selections in Revit or detailed markups in Bluebeam smooth and intuitive. The build quality feels solid, durable, and suitable for intensive, professional use. However, configuring the mouse through Corsair’s iCue software was initially a bit cumbersome. While visually polished, iCue’s learning curve is steeper than Logitech’s more straightforward alternatives. That said, once the setup is complete, the software works reliably, automatically switching profiles based on the active application, a feature I find particularly useful moving between CAD, PDF markups, and other software.Overall, despite the initial software hurdles, the Corsair Scimitar has become an essential part of my engineering workflow. It significantly reduces repetitive actions, saves time, and enhances my comfort during extended periods of technical work. Highly recommended for engineers, architects, and anyone whose daily tasks involve complex software shortcuts.

Title: good mouse
Review: it’s a good mouse. I had the wired version before hand it and it was good. The only problem i had with it was with the icue software. the problem was it wouldn’t detect the mouse or the usb port that comes with it and i had to reinstall icue and give my computer a restart but that’s now really a problem with the mouse. i would recommend if you play stuff like Minecraft, world of warcraft, and many more games i recommend that you should get it .

Title: Not as good as the Redragons or Logitechs.
Review: The mouse will often not work after the computer has returned from sleep. This happens in both Bluetooth and RF modes. The mouse is far too light and slippery to be useful. Clicking the buttons moves the mouse unless you have an excessively strong grip on it.The top buttons are too light and do not give sufficient feedback when clicked. The mouse wheel cannot be clicked without also scrolling the wheel. The side buttons work well and being able to reposition them is nice.I would like a larger mouse but that’s just how mice are made and I understand why they are made small. That did not factor into my rating.I bought this to replace a Logitech G600 that is getting older. The G600 is vastly superior. There is no comparison.I had a wireless Logitech MMO mouse before that which was the best one by far. I forget the model.I also have a Redragon M913 and while quite inexpensive and fairly cheaply made it is also superior to this Corsair Scimitar.

Title: decent but could be better
Review: my wife uses this mouse when she plays wow and star wars the old republic mmo. for the most part he mouse works well but there are times where the key binds assigned to the thumb buttons will randomly “stop working” She will check her key bind which will still be assigned but the mouse doesn’t work. the fix for this so far has been to unplug the USB Bluetooth connector and just plug it back in but it is annoying when you are in the middle of a raid and your mouse stops working.

Title: Almost exactly the same as the Schimitar Pro in form and functionality, just wireless
Review: ICUE DOES WORK -At the time of this writing there is only one other review posted and it says ICUE does not work. That it false. To be fair, the mouse did not register for me in ICUE at first, either. But the cause is fairly obvious. They are using an old version of ICUE… from before this mouse even existed. Literally all you need to do is update the software. I attached screenshots proving it shows up and works, along with what software revisions they are on right now. Yeah, that’s it… just update your software. There is a button in the corner. For the mouse itself, it is ALMOST identical to the old wired version. There are a few minor aesthetic downgrades. For some reason they removed the RGB in the mouse wheel, plus the light in front of the side buttons is gone too. Also, it has one less button on the top, behind the mouse wheel. The fit and feel is the same.I would certainly be happier without those random minor downgrades, but they are super minor and the upgrade of FINALLY having a wireless version of this mouse is 100% worth it. I love this mouse and have been on the lookout for a wireless version for years. It is the best MMO mouse, and now finally wireless.

Title: Corsair’s at it again!
Review: This is my first wireless mouse. As I’ve come to expect of Corsair, the build quality is great! It has a nice, solid feel. Semi-heavy in the hand, which I enjoy. The mouse is plug and play, but the iCue software lets you customize what the side buttons do and choose from a robust variety of colors and lighting patterns. The number pad can be adjusted (forward/back and slightly up/down) using an allen wrench. There’s no input lag which makes it a good choice for gaming. I use it bare on a wooden desk. Mouse pad not necessary. Battery life is impressive.

Review: Recommend by a friend after I got in MMO’s and wanted the side buttons. Took me a bit to get used to being a trackball user for ten years but my hand shape can stay the same.if it broke I’d probably cry while ordering another one

Review: Pound for pound, the performance is nearly identical to the wired version and can be used wired while charging. My only dislike is the removal of the mode change button, which I usually remapped to a back or forwards button for web browsing.
