Finally can play monster hunter wild on this steam deck
It's really good, GeforceNOW revolutionised the deck for me and this runs even better in the app. Exceptionally good for handhelds. Massive battery life, high fidelity gaming and very very little lag, I've been playing Expedition 33 on hard difficulty and haven't struggled with my parry timing (any more than usual at least). Game changer. Shame the Performance tier doesn't have HDR support but it's still a fantastic option. It's great to play games like CyberPunk or E33 with great graphical fidelity when at home and then still having it installed natively to carry on where I left off on the go is the best of both worlds. Not to mention, if you have Game Pass, it's one of the only ways to be able to play those titles on Deck. No reason not to check out the free tier at least, but the Performance tier has been more than justified for me personally
So quick question I linked all of my libraries and tried to boot up D4. It asked me to login to battle net or xbox live but I cant for the life of me get the keyboard to show up or work. Any way to fix this?
You can play in 90fps handheld mode if you choose 120fps from the menu. Currently playing 1920×1200 90fps without any issues!

If only the GeForce app supported 7.1 surround, then it would replace my nVidia Shield TV Pro.
There’s no reason why it couldn’t… loads of Steam games output 7.1 sound when the Steam Deck is docked… and those same games output 7.1 in GeForce Now on the Shield TV.
With this app, what you get instead is 5.1, where the two side speakers (in a 7.1 setup) are silent.

So I’ve been using GeForce now on my deck for some time now but I’m assuming it wasn’t natively. I’m a big fan of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it but should I delete the files that I’ve been using and do it this way? I’m pretty sure I’m running it in game mode through some sort of shortcut
