Title: Great value dash cam
Review: Great dash cam with excellent resolution, image is very clear and smooth, I’m impressed by its quality considering the affordable price. Easy to use and works good, I didn’t experience any hard time with the set up. Installation complexity depends on each car, took around 40min on my old Traverse so not bad.It also comes with a 64gb memory which is rarely included elsewhere so I’m very happy with this purchase.

Title: Simple to set up, good product
Review: This is my 4th dash cam I’ve owned and my other dash cameras are also a 4K resolution, so I believe I can really cretiq this dual dash camera package. This dual camera set up is great because it records both front and back camera in one main unit. It records 4K up front and 1080P HD in the back. I find the 4K image has good sharpness for a $120 unit. The front camera is mounted on the inside of the front windshield while there’s a long cable for the back camera that reaches to the back of my car and then some. It’s all self powered and transmit the video signal for the back camera in that one cable, so very simple to set up. I ran a simple test and ran the wire straight back side, not doing a neat job just to try different mounting locations for the rear camera. Tried 1) above the licence plate, 2) inside the back window, and 3) under the rear brake light which on my car, located outside top of the back window while I looked at the main units monitor. I found it best on 3), above the rear brake light housing, as it shelters the camera from weather of heavy rain so I can still obtain good image (no water spot covering the lens) and also since the camera is a little higher that the headlights of the car behind, those headlights won’t degrade or affect the rear cameras image. When starting, just format the included flash drive camera in the main unit, it’s simple to do, self explanatory, and everytime you start up your car, it will record back and front camera images automatically. if you want to record 24/7, you need to purchase an additional power cable, it’s about another $12, see Amazon website.This is great to have for any possible future accident, which gets you your own witness. I had an accident about 10 years ago and didn’t have one of these dash cams at the time and regret it. I had to pay for my deductible since I had no witness. This is also great when I had a conversation with my wife and we had discussion after. The dash cam solved that discussion. Ha, I won!
