Anyone at Howard's level in the CIA during that period would likely have been involved in the occult. It is a little known phenomenon that UFO activity spins up in coalition with occult activity- either overt, covert, intentional or unintentional. Perhaps they were simply making contact with Howard Dulles (and those working with/associated with him) because they were already well familiar with him "through the veil" so to speak.
Probably one of the most significant 'exposed' UFO events of the modern UFO era. The storyline captures the possibility that the Late-July-DC Flap was predicted in advance of occurrence. This suggests that the 2-3 week series of encounters were planned and made known to "those-who-were-well-connected". Possible explanation: There are those among us who are in communication with UFO sources and that the entire event was a probe of the US government's willingness to begin a dialog with the UT/ET/and/or CT source(s) of the phenomenon. Clearly 1952 was not ready based on how the whole flap wound up. The question then becomes "Are we ready in 2023?"
Great work Richard. USAF and the Pentagon shouldn't be feeding lies to the public and US taxpayers. They have options of "No Comment", "Redact and declassify restricted info", "neither accept or deny events".. Israel does this very effectively. Even worse is US govt using taxpayers for debunking exercises, knowing very well that UFO secrets will come out, sooner or later.
I've posted the actual film of that night the large group of UFOs flew over the Capitol building, but each time I do, YouTube deletes it. I'm hoping that's just because it's not a YT video. However, it is available if you search for it, and seeing it makes that event much more powerful than spoken or written references to it. It CANNOT be explained away as anything other than a huge alien demonstration over our country's capitol. Look for it!

For instance, I know that there were civilizations right here on earth before this one. And I'm pretty sure Aliens were pretty common in society. I think they jump started our civilization. They just don't go around obliterating planets any more either.
Did you know the late Dolores Cannon? She claims to have had actual conversations with ETs. When she was "regressing," patients hypnotically they kind of stepped in and explained things to her. Maybe I'm being somewhat "Polly Anna, " about this. But I don't think the CIA or the NSA want to go up against these people. They'll try to start a war with these guys and they'll be dealt with.

In my opinion, the fact that a high-ranking intelligence agent knew that it was going to happen is evidence that it was not ET. But, on the other hand, what man-made object can fly 7,000 mph? What a perplexing case.
I believe we really need to take in account these individuals ultra conservative and forth right religious Christian faith… many of the narcissist that held these positions felt omnipotent in many ways. Chosen by God and often times made the claim that God spoke to them directly. That lens needs to be perceived as it still placates the current culture and environment.
In 1950 or 51 my father saw a UFO while on a church group hiking/camping trip, in the cascade mountains of Washington State. He didn't tell me till I was around 30 years old. I don't know if he told anyone else.
While going through his estate belongings I found a collection of early ufo phenomena publications.

I was skeptical of the show up until the barney and bettie hill case, theychanged all the details that gave the couple there credibility. The show is a disservice to the feild.

Richard is very much right about the media and how the government is trying to control everything that we see and hear. The Obama Admin. got HR4310, the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act passed in 2012. Which allows the CIA to broadcast their Voice Of America, etc., propaganda media on U.S. citizens now. The House Of Representatives is also trying to pass through the Honest Ads Act, which would basically allow the government/CIA to determine what is "fake news", and is also a way for them to record and track who puts out whatever they deem is "fake news". They are trying to force Facebook, Twitter, etc., to help them control the media. We must fight against these things or it will be bye bye to our Freedom Of Speech.
