The individual will also have an extensive background in software analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. The candidate will have a broad range of networking infrastructure knowledge and experience. Great communication skills, problem solver attitude, and the ability to work independently are required.The contract developer is expected to provide, or be able to perform, the following to support the existing CHEMS system:County-facing, software, phone, and electronic support for sixty counties within the State of Wisconsin Description
New county software installations with one-on-one training
Data conversion from source legacy to target systems
Participation in State-wide meetings to support and enhance CHEMS
Provide CHEMS system & process training to small and large groups
