My cat when she finds new ways to meow: I'm reinventing this damn language.
I think you shouldn't give milk to a cat, and never to a baby cat.
Cats are the real bosses in any house 😅🎉
Me Ow is ancient egyptian for "I lack". Same in Greek, Ow meaning Thou shall not.
Miau 😻
i get quite often a MIAOW as a respond when i do the " pspspsps " call to them. Its rather they come to me or they miaow back probably saying " im not in the mood, but thanks for the offer"
Meanwhile, mom is having a hard time figuring out what in Helheim's realm her cat, Squirrel, is demanding: Food? Pats? Outside?!
It‘s much more than that. My cats great me, when they come home (free roamers 24/7), like I do when I come home.
Sometimes they are calling me for help. Ones a cat of mine was stuck in a tree. Luckily, I came that way, so she called me very loud for help. She wasn‘t able to climb dine by herself.
In my experiance mother cats make a specific kitten miao to call in her little ones. When they grow up, that sound disapears.
BBC , why cats miaow.
Me, Tom and Jerry 😂
BBC
Being a life-long cat cohabitant and well versed in the non-verbal communication of cats, I have said for the longest time that "Meow" means "LOOK at me, you insensate lump of gristle, I'm TALKING to you!!!"
If your cat is staring down a hallway, wall, or corner in the house and then starts hissing at whatever it is staring at ? Call a Priest. I’m not even close to kidding.
Oh to be a documentary filmmaker watching cats
Cat meow because human cannot understand the purest form of cat's communication. Humans are not aware enough.
so, cats are very intelligent : they adapt their language to their interlocutors.
They noticed that the humans communicate with vocal sounds, so they do the same thing. And it works.
2023 meow
This was as much about humans as it was about cats. it is pretty interesting. One of my cats likes to ride on my shoulder, she would also sometimes stand up and put her paws on my leg. She has been doing that for a long time, but I only recently realized that when she does that, she is asking me to crouch so she can jump on my shoulder.
My 11 years old cat miaow as "anne" after my toddler start speaking. "Anne" means mummy in Turkish
A meow is a cat telling its slave to start feeding. You think you own your cat but your cat owns you.
You may say meow…But it's Nyaan in Japan 😂😂😂
It’s meow not the other way you spelled it
My cat has always had a simple vocabulary, and usually keeps her meows short. Most of the time I can understand her through body language. My mom's cat hasn't found that certain way of communication yet and makes quite a variety of meows, meeps, and so on.
what a surprise, it had to be a black cat in a hood
2:02 That cat actually said "hello"!
today I learned the miaow is manipulation (I always did though)
2:00 come and say hello to mummy
Beautiful Cats! Thank you for this informative video,
This video in BBC cats "why do humans talk?"
I’ve had my cat since she was 5 weeks old, she says “hello” when she wants attention.
