As always Ward, great work. I highly recommend the book "Skunk Works" by Ben R. Rich and Leo Janos for a perspective on the capabilities of the US military industrial complex. The book details Lockheed's development of the U2, A12, SR-71 and F-117. It also talks about other Skunk Work's programs that though technologically advanced and potentially militarily game changing, never became operational because they bucked a particular service's political motivations.
There is, at least in my little imagination, another possibility. I'm thinking about Area 51, and what goes on there. I think this could possibly be something they have developed, and they aren't telling anyone because it is so top-secret. If we are to believe, as some have said, that there are aliens out there, then aliens might indeed be involved, just not in the way people are thinking.

I fully agree with your analysis and conclusion unequivocally. I won't go into details in public but I personally am not certain what we are dealing with as to technology; having studied physics and mechanical engineering and I've flown a Cessna 150 and a Cessna 172 and the underwater travel part I cannot imagine what it would take to make the transition from air to water at those velocities, I got bupkis and my MENSA score at 26 was 138…

I served with VF102 in the role of TARPS I level tech and was one of the first to deploy with that technology on an F-14 platform. I later worked for the European Space Agency as a Senior Ground Segment controller so I'm pretty good at identifying air and space craft and have a good grasp on space technology. UFO's exist. I have personal photos of objects I would describe as cylindrical objects stationary over long periods of time here in the US and twice in Germany. As well as a sighting in the area of Dulce, NM of a large triangular object moving at unimaginable speeds when it took off. And once as a child near Las Cruses NM saw an object making no sound whatsoever pace over our car as we sat at the side of the road because my father thought it was a small aircraft needing to make an emergency landing. As it flew over us and several other vehicals it began to accelerate and then very quickly became two bright orbs and shot straight up but one to the east and one to the west. It stayed with me the rest of my life. Once you see them you can't stop looking. I have worked on the esa giotto mission after it had orbiter the sun for 3 year's and then we sent it through the tail of another comet called Griggs-Skjellerup. If we can send satellites on such missions, which did, by the identify ORGANIC MATER in the tail. What makes you think another race or species doesn't exist that could do the same or more. And maybe they aren't alien. Maybe they have been here longer then man and live below the surface of the earth or deep in the ocean. So many possibilities you just need to open your mind.
