Clearly this person does not know what he is talking about. There exist a LOT of people that NEVER dream with any kind of abduction scenery, or anything like it, only to find out some years later because of some fortuitous incident that they are unknwoingly abductees, and a lot of times they do not even believe in ET´s or are not interested at all in the topic. What I understand from what he says is that HE IS an abductee, but I do not think he is capable of taking it, soooooo, he is looking for an explanation for himself that is not so terrifying.
Just found your channel recently and watched two videos about Dan Burisch. Fascinating stuff! This episode about "Dreamlike but Real" really strikes a chord with me. I'm a lucid dreamer myself and the mental transformation I've undergone because of numerous lucid dreaming experiences has been profound. I definitely see Dreaming as something real, and I also see the waking experience as a type of dream. Thank you for having this conversation and sharing it with us.

My encounters with greys was in a dream like dimension. Then when I snapped out of it and woke up, I encountered that same grey alien. Then we had a physical encounter, needless to say the grey won. Theres alot more to this experience btw

This interview is turning into a full circle synchronistic experience for me! Still watching but when you brought up Olivia Newton John’s Magic song, I immediately stopped in my tracks. I had the song Magic repeatedly sent to me in a variety of ways for weeks, perhaps months, a few years ago. Also around this time I was just starting to have “dreams” that involved ET’s for the first time, and Daniel had commented on my fb post back then, when I was trying to figure out what was going on at the time, suggesting that it was more than likely that my dream(s) was much more. Since then I have continued to have these dream experiences, and have had contact in other ways.
We obviously "Dream" for a specific reason why we don't yet understand. It's only been this last year that I have had physical interaction awareness, 2 the point of waking me up and I hear myself getting annoyed, but my voice sounds drugged. It's close to poltergeist activity but more attention seeking not threatening.

Yeah. The problem with this is twofold.
People are somehow ‘dreaming’ the exact same beings.
Some of us, myself included, have experienced this, and I can CONFIRM in my case at least that it was 100% NOT an unconscious sleep phenomenon.
This stuff is real and you all need to wake up and take it seriously.

Good video, thank you! From my few 'dreamstate' encounters I tied it back to the astral state of perception. About 1 year after the initial encounters I had with the Greys, I had my first OBE as an adult. It came as a sort of crescendo to a series of other experiences. I knew in the moment what was happening and I verified it the next morning by the position of the cars outside. The 'hyper-real' perception in that state was had the same feeling.

In the past few weeks I have heard "Orchestra" music in my head when I'm going to sleep. It is beautiful as well as kind of eerie. It's not loud, it sounds like it's off in the distance, but it is very pleasant.

Can someone ELI5. I listened to the entire episode and I am still a bit unclear. So what is NHI exactly…? What about the abduction case in NYC of the woman who was witnessed by the 2 police officers on the Brooklyn bridge?
Is it possible that actual events occurring over centuries around the world could be the genesis of a jungian archetype that has become a part of the collective unconscious?
At 1:35 we are told that this gentleman and his brother had their minds and their bodies taken over by Garthog ? the grey. He notes that this was done to demonstrate this being's abilities. So, after demonstrating how powerless we are, he then goes on to say that we are powerful participants in this. Doesn't sound like it.
And what of the many many reports of awful experiences? He even names off traumatizing types of experiences then encourages a relationship with the perpetrators. This doesnt seem wise.
Also, I think the lack of language around this subject creates what can be described as a conflating of human spirituality and NHI experiences. I found some of the hypnogogic state conversation to exemplify this. Humans are spiritual beings and should pursue that aspect of our nature, but who can you trust in that journey?
Grush did talk to first-hand witnesses, btw – people who saw uap or nhi with their own eyes. He claims to have seen photographic eveidence they provided to him.
Lastly, i think we need to be careful not to over extend or generalize out the dream marrative to the point where it permeates our view of everything. If Grush and many experiencers are telling the truth, then these are physical craft and entities, and not some semblence of the dream world or astral projections. (It's much more likely that its many different types creating different types of encounters.) However the vagueness created by putting human experience on a "how dream like was it?" spectrum makes discernment and wise choices nearly impossible to achieve. At least not with some direction on how to do so.
Consciousness does not sleep ✨
All reality modalities are equally valid, like special relativity. There exist physical and non-physical modalities (ie, dimensions), some of which can be traversed by some conscious agents some of the time. Mind is the baseline.

I am going to express some more thoughts. I hope this doesn't come across as spamming the comments.
When a person has an experience that blows away previously hard held belief regarding their sense of reality, often there is some denial and hedging and some unconscious suppression of totality of that experience or series of experiences. Even as we come to grips with the realness of something that we were taught/programmed to think was impossible, we still find ways to put a spin that keeps one foot in the pool of how we previously saw the world and what we once viewed as reality.
I feel that Daniel has hit on some crucial points in creating a specific kind of frame of reference that can help him and other people keep their sense of agency when engaging with NHI in different states of consciousness and being-ness. But, I feel he is off track if he only takes his particular frame of reference as the only way to look at the totality of abduction experiences. It keeps his researched closed off to some potential issues and information that I feel are real. He has a wall that is keeping him from asking even deeper questions. In the end, he may only end up with what those beings want him to end up with, instead of following his own real inquiry.
But this is not huge criticism of Daniel, because I know what it is like, which is why I can see it in him. I have my own experiences and constantly have to work stand down my own fear and WTF-ness in order to be open to information about what is going on.
I wonder if this guy has ever read Carl Jung before? Didn’t he say the same thing about UFOs being part of our subconscious or unconsciousness?
