I think the thing it's trying to showcase (and it is historically correct) is that the red coats weren't trained to fight like Conner fights them, they were trained to stand in formation, shoot when ordered, march properly etc.

Besides Combat (which is way too easy), AC is flawless

OMG THAT IS SO TRUE!
Why is the combat so ridiculously easy and unrealistic? They just circle around Conner and do nothing when they could EASILY stab the shit out of him with their bayonets. Seriously their bayonets are like 2 inches away from his body and they just stand there. Don't get me started on how they never seem to fire their weapons either.
