I bought this game because of the reviews and hype around it and I don't know what to expect. I never tried this type of genre, will try it for my money's sake. 😂
Was it necessary to play as a clown?
I’m had to scale playback to 0.5x 😮
Half the fucking video is listed as an intro
Too much blah
Do you think that if the developers spent a little less time designing genitalia they could have made it so you could actually use Rope?
You know rope right? Probably one of the most fundamental tools in any adventurer’s pack.
I rolled with 2 fighters, 1 barbarian, 1 cleric in my party. If you get the right gear, youll find that most of the act 1 and 2 bosses become trivial (some boss enemies dont even make it past 2 turns).
worst reviewer ever
Great review and lovely voice
No spoilers…then goes on to tell you about the beginning infection by mind flyers and that Act 3 is the final act and set in Baldur's Gate. Also "despite (what the game yells you in the narrative) you're really under no time pressure…" So i guess i can take my time and stop worrying about the thing hatching in me anytime soon. Thanks
This review is so well written
what was the score?
As someone who’s never played DnD would I be able to pick this up along the way?
Is this a good game to get into D&D if you've never played it before?
I’m so damn tempted to buy this game right now
/me romances the reviewer.
Whoever was doing the gameplay didn't realise you get disadvantage using ranged attacks in melee
Easiest challenge W of my life, spent less than three minutes in the character creation screen.
game is good
I'm quite happy you're enjoying the game. I picked it up the day before it launched out of Early Access and I'm terrible at combat. I've got two campaigns running. One solo and one co-op with my boyfriend.
I think the funniest thing that's happened to us so far, is when I tried hitting a couple enemies in front of us with Thunder Wave and misjudged the spell radius, accidentally also blasting my boyfriend's character and completely blasting him off the hill we were on.
Looking forward to future videos on the game.
I see you hit the low percentages and I'm like—this is not my experience. The 60 percent chance for Fire Bolt has only hit twice out of like 20 times lol.
I found it a lil frustrating that there isn't a comprehensive list of all your class features.. some are listed as passives in character sheet while others only appear as active abilities… A "here is everything you got from your rogue levels" screen is sorely missed.
Amazing game though
But why would I NOT want to become a Mind Flayer??? 🐙
Doesn’t look like my kind of thing but I’m glad games like this are still getting made.
StarField going to shit on this
Can't wait until this come out on ps5
I hate that every single review says "due to its size, there's obviously a few bugs." well, name one. Show one. Show a really game breaking bug. Go on im waiting.
Are there dragon fights?
ty belgium, love your beer, chocolate and your games
Origin 3 Divinity basically
Great review!! This game is a dream come true… Never have I EVER experienced a CRPG get so close to the feeling of true table-top Dungeons and Dragons. My only gripes are 1) not being able to change characters when in dialog in the world… It can be frustrating when you go around the corner with your stupid barbarian and enter into an important dialogue. In a "real" D&D situation, your party would come up to you in the dialogue and if a conversation requires persuation, the smooth-talker would jump in to conversation. 2) Inventory management could be streamlined a bit more, maybe including a common bag for all characters, and being able to hide items you put into wares. I mean this is a fantasy RPG, why be "realistic" with inventory management, when it just ends up being a chore for the player?
I don't want to end on a negative note, so these minor flaws are just nuisances that hopefully they will change. Even if they don't this game is GOTY for certain!
That voice sounds so hot and nerdy. Thank you for the review!
What a stunning voice you have
OMG you said D&D 100 times in less than 2 minutes, just focus on BD3 please, nobody cares if the rules are base on F*** D&D or P&P, FOCUS on the game you´re TRYING to review BG3 ! TY !
Excited for the PS5 version release, hope the studio has figured out the gameplay with controller
What a wonderful review!
I'd love in depth role playing systems and character customisation along side a compelling narrative and characters. I just can't stand turn based combat. It's understandable in a TTRPG setting, as there's no other way to do it. But this is not played on the tabletop and so I see little excuse.
This reviewer is fantastic at their job
I’m really not a fan of the icon design in this game. I’m not unfamiliar with DND and actions, but the overall interface is so messy, Solasta did a much better job with the interface.
Long gone are the days when reviews talk about Graphics score, Sound score, Story Rating, Gameplay score and overall score and not just sound like a long commercial setting the subscribers up to watch future videos for more views on the channel. Yes Yes I know you need add revenue but for gods sake. I don't even get the fcking luxury to unsubscribe since I wasn't subscribed in the first place. Off to IGN I guess.
2:50 yeah that's the old screen. This is ea footage.
Definitely adding this to my wishlist, although I must gather my party before venturing forth.
Go for the eyes, Boo.
I like to only load saves that was made before a battle. I feel that makes the experience more like it was meant to be played. Loading every single fallback breaks the immersion.
Is it couch coop?
Is your created character voiced?
who wants to play a game as a walking cow?
seems like the developers pressed random on
all the character options and just went with it.
none of the characters seem memorable or
likable. ez pass for many people.
