Have they fixed the map and fast travel system? As great as GOW 2018 was, it was one of the worst in those aspects I’ve ever seen. I literally quit trying to get the Platinum because it was so terrible to travel around.

An option I would like (not sure if it exists as I didn't really look at the screen and just listened) is more difficultly customization. I played GoW18 on Normal. I love the feature of GMGoW where enemies level up if you don't deal with them. However, I don't want to play the hardest difficulty just to have access to that feature. Too many devs lock cool and interesting features behind difficulty levels. I don't want leveling up enemies who are damage sponges that also 1 shot me. I just want the leveling up enemies. If I can customize the difficultly to that extent, that would be awesome! 4 days!

Elden Ring/all From Software games need to fix a hell of a lot more than their accessibility options. They need to learn how to get netcode correct and hacking out of their games first, and also clean up hitboxes/combat jank. The "oh this is a From Software game, it's part of the charm" isn't a valid excuse and hasn't been for a long time.

We've long since hit the level of graphics that I'm happy with. All games, mostly, look good. The aim point now should be 60 fps. It just makes a game so much better.

Richard Schiff is a solid actor, but I realized maybe one of the biggest reasons for his casting is the fact I'm seeing a lot of performance parallels to Jeremy Davies' Baldur. It's kind of uncanny. They absolutely feel like father and son.

It is truly great, when an actors performance and the writing come together; usually that is in reference to a movie, but videogames are slowly catching up. I think, when the developers can nail the total run times of these games ( many are 20+ hours with too much gameplay filler or 2-4hrs indie titles), they're narratives and performances will be fully appreciated.
