If anybody still playing this, you do have to talk to the bird of the top that gives you the weed, even if you have all the ingredients shrine won't activate till you talk to her too.
What happened or what do we need to do if the shrine quest doesn't get triggered?
Does this shrine count in the 120 original shrines ? Cus if so I'm kinda mad since Im trying to do all the shrines before even thinking of main quest
