No joke. I was so hyped for it. I bought it day one. I started playing and I truly didn’t last 4 hours. I didn’t like spending days upon days upon days just find clues for missions. I get it, but make it more interesting. Stop making me go beat someone up just to do it. I’m tired of having to consistently going to the Belfry. I like it but I hate it.

The only people pushing that was YouTube because the lot of you would rather speculate something ridiculous. Like my feed they other day had people moaning that NRS didn't reveal a game and it was a " sad day at the game awards" noone said they were.

This game is the pure definition of mid. I waited for the PSN Black Friday sale and I still think I paid too much for it. The game actually has some merit due to the story and customization aspects but the thing the kills the whole experience to me is the combat. Ugh! Maybe I would enjoy the game more if I didn't put well over a crazy amount of hour into the Arkham series which had an absolute excellent combat mechanic and Gotham Knights take 400 steps backwards with the combat. Also, having just beat Avengers it really does seem like this game was trying to go live service and had to scrap it due to the poor reception of the bad implementation of live service in Avengers. I'm happy for those that love it but this game is so mid. It definitely feels like a chore to play during the combat sequences for me. I definitely wanted this game to be good and wanted to give it a chance depsite the reviews. Seems like the reviews weren't far off from the experience. I hope Rocksteady brings it with the Suicide Sqaud game.
Loved the game is currently in my top 5 for the year. Even the 2 player co campaign co op was a blast but yes 4 would have definitely been better. That being said while I loved the game..no game is worth $70. The one and only reason I picked it up day one was cause I game shared it with my brother on xbox and he paid me back half the cost.
