I couldn’t play when I first got it because I had work, but GAHHLEEE did I have some fun once I got into it on my 4 days off. I would have loved for them to go live service with this because I think this game can grow into something more. The critics talk about the combat of the game and how it’s boring, but in all honesty I think it’s likely that they played the game on an easier difficulty. I played the game on hard when I first ran through it, and it really forces you to hone in on the combat mechanics. It may be a couple buttons for melee and ranged, but alternating and landing the second press on time to get that momentum effect can be pretty damn satisfying. That coupled with perfect dodges makes me feel sleek as hell 😎. All an experience given to me by playing on a harder difficulty. That being said… I think if the devs were to have the game run on a single difficulty, one being more difficult… it would force players to understand the way the games meant to be played and have loads of fun doing so. It has its problems that need to be ironed out. Clunky movement being one of them. Though, I definitely enjoyed my time on it nonetheless. Can’t wait for more DLC. Would love to see a time skip where we can also add Damien to the roster …. But that’s likely asking for a bit much 😅

I like that the gangsters and villains can actually be threatening and be challenging in this game. Arkhams, freeflow and predator gameplay styles meant there was a limit to the types of enemies you could portray. With gotham knights, you see a lot of the enemies types they clearly wanted to portray in origins, done in a much freerier way here.
This game give me watch dogs 2 and mad max vibes, super underated but still has defaults.

Although side missions/crimes become really repetitive at some point I enjoy playing the game the game as well. But one thing they should really really add is that u can adjust transmog suits. It's really frustrating when u always get the same suits which might have cool stats but dont looks as good as you wish to. But if you use transmog u just have one set of transmog as well as just one color. I hope they will add transmog adjustment in a future patch
my conclusion is that it turned out more like dark souls instead of elden ring(im not referring to gameplay WHATSOEVER) when elden ring came out everybody loved it and most gamers at least tried the game, but with dark souls it has a specific smaller fan base that it has and outside of that the game doesnt get overly too much attention, gotham knights wont be a worldwide phenomenon but it has its fans and those fans will remain in the community for a while, so instead of reaching EVERYONE like big games do it hit a small specific set of players who will keep the game alive throughout is cycle post release

I love the game
I've been playing since launch on PC, haven't got any single crashes. And the combat is not that simple, try placing it on hard difficulty. Even normal difficulty, u need time ur combo properly, the enemy will dodge/block ur attack. And they will dish out string of attacks at u and see how u time ur combo. So it seems majority of the players have not play Arkham knight / doesn't enjoy it. That's a good sign.
I lost my save like 24 hours in. Even then I still loved getting back into it and levelling up my characters again.

I was looking forward to this game from the get-go. I'm enjoying this game a lot. Played with my wife and really enjoyed it with large groups of mobs. Just wish we could customise the teamsmogs

I started with a bad review and switched it to positive. the game starts kind of clunky but it definitely picks up later as you unlock more missions, enemies and abilites.Also the story telling is good.
Dude, start holding the parkour button after you start a zip, you won't stick to ledges, you'll automatically transition into a leap that can lead into a other zip.

almost 35 hours in and love the game. Haven't had but 2 crashes in all that time. No performance issues at all. Would have more time in but my friend is not always available. so I have to wait on him. Those critics were far to critical on their reviews of the game. I don think they gave the game a fair shake and rushed the game. Also the combat, I think they were all button mashing and this is not a button mashing game. Its all about pacing and timing.

bro that is great britain pound sign not euro. I do not angry with any of the reviews. the main issues are the frame drops, how you can't jump over some envarments like desks, when you want to drop down the ledge and you lend 10ft away where you started, how hard is it to get a grappling hook to lock to the right spot and how very little places you can actually hook to. I also take issue with the combat and evade animation it is very repatriate, witch is the reason why the combat is dull.
I don't understand is hard to bring up the map of the city, should be one click instead of holding select for few seconds. I find it hard to navigate the skill threes.
It is a bad experience for $50 from a AAA studio.

This game would've done amazing if the arkham series never existed but rocksteady set the bar for what a batman game should be and boy will it be stupid hard to reach that bar. You can tell rocksteady loved the IP and cherished making games with it. Gotham knights was just made for a check.
Every night I go on patrol I have been stationed that I have a job and a duty to protect the city and stop crimes that is Knights provides when I play it . does feel like origin it feels like a little brother to origin that should’ve happened but there are small things they need to fix in particular Level scaling for single players.

Its got a long life, if the studio does it correctly. They could bring in new parts of the city, new heroes, new villains, new levels and content. Its a good game that has a good platform that could really blow up into something amazing.
